  • Making a sequel doesn't mean they're just doing it for the cash you know. They may actually have a good idea for the story to continue

  • Again, the fact you can't appreciate a realistic ending doesn't make it bad.

Really? Realistic? If you think this game is any sense of the word realistic, then YOU ARE LOST ANAKIN. I know i'm a badass solider, i easily can run through a area and kill thousands of soldiers.

I said the ending was realistic, because it was. Joel's actions were very human, very real, and therefore very realistic. The combat was fairly realistic, but only fairly. If you had a realistic combat game not many people would enjoy it, or even be able to get past the first level, or even get past the first building. The chances of Joel being able to kill as many people as he did, and avoid all of the deaths he should have met, is laughable, but that's not what we were talking about.

If your quarrel is that the game had you kill too many people for the sake of an enjoyable gameplay experience then I won't argue that point, but I think it's a silly thing to be annoyed by. Perhaps they should have just put 2 or 3 enemies per "combat zone", that woulda been really exillarating, yeah?

Lol, you are in the very small minority that dont like TLOU then but fair enough

Well, I know one thing for sure, I won't be buying it, especially considering how much I hated the first one.

  • There's no such thing as a "wrong" or "half-wrong" opinion.

Then your opinion is only half wrong.

  • I knew it was coming sooner or later. But they definitely wont be working on it until after Uncharted 4 is released.

  • Sure there is. You don't like TLOU. Point and case.

  • Yes, I don't like TLOU, just because the majority likes it doesn't mean I'm wrong. It just means I have a different opinion. And the fact that you can't accept that I have a different opinion just shows how much of a fanboy you are.

  • That your opinion is wrong is what makes your opinion wrong.

  • So by that logic in my opinion all white people should be killed.. just because the majority doesn't like it doesn't mean I'm wrong.

Never said I cant accept it I was just asking a question.

    Apples and Oranges, friend.

If we want to bring up something controversial then, Hitler believed what he was doing is right. Most of the people who followed Hitler believed he was right. It's all completely subjective.

  • As I said, not really wrong, it's subjective, yes, killing people is a pretty shitty thing to do, but as I said, there are probably still many people who believe what he did was right. If a man was angry at someone, and killed said person. Some people would believe he is wrong, while the man who did it, would probably believe he is right, because he was angry at the person. It is, as I said earlier, completely subjective.

  • It doesn't matter what anyone believed back then, It was wrong. If killing people was as subjective as you make it sound it would be happening more often.

  • It already happens often. I'd say right this second, as i'm typing this someone is being killed right now. All I'm saying, is that if someone is killed. Some people will think what they did is bad, however the person who did it probably believes they are right (and some other people too). It is, once again, subjective.

There is no such thing as an incorrect opinion. I understand if you love The Last Of Us, and that's fine. I however, do not like the game. Am I going around and saying that you're wrong for liking it? No, I am not, because it's your opinion that you like the game, just as it is mine that I don't like it.

It's fine if you disagree with my opinion, just don't go around saying it's wrong. Because that just makes you look like a bigot.

Hell yeah. Time for more adventures! Now if the focus is on Ellie and Joel that'll be cool, if there's a new cast okie dokie, or it's both then even better.

  • I remember specifically they said they'll only make a sequel if they have more ideas. They're making a sequel now because they have more story to tell us. Otherwise they wouldn't have bothered making a sequel.

    but probably will happen....

  • I am putting my money on Joel dying in the beginning like his daughter did in the first one, and Ellie copes with it and meets new people blah blah blah. That is if they go with a second one that will be about them.

    And the Last Guardian already seems like a heartbreaking game. I'm gonna say Gryphon dies. ;A;

  • Quite obviously I was messing with GOUSTTTT and by extension, Gary, since he felt it necessary to defend GOUSTTTT. You on the other hand I have taken seriously, as has been the case since you and I began discussing the topic and hence the long coherent posts in the stead of the short nonsensical ones in this chain.

The Last of Us has won over 200 game of the year awards, I'm not the only one defending the title, even on this website.
