How telltale could fit one of there characters in to Micchone
You could see in concept art that micchone would be on a boat. Maybe she ran into Vernon on the water and thought a doctor might help them. But then he starts talking about how he left clem's group and it makes micchone think about carl so she decided to go back. Then when she gets on land she ends up in Savannah where molly attacks her. Micchone eventually stops her and she starts talking about Lee. Micchone had enough so she stormed off. Finally she makes it to the prison where Ezekiel lets her in.

Never shows his death and they never said he died. It just says that on wiki
