Fallout 3

well i think i posted something about FO3 a while back but i dont know where it is and im too lazy to find it. But this is more of a mini review and a question(s).

well i love the game and its so fun to play. the story is cool, but is in here that i have my question. after the final mission, is there no way to go back to the world and complete everything else? i finished the credits and went back to the continue but i just redid the mission killing that commander and shit and again the same thing except i got different ending (i fucked up at first). if there is no way to go back, thats quite disappointing. yes the game can be very long but really the story is very short. and again theres no way to go back and play int the world. (???)

  • If I can remember right, there is no way you can go back. I'm assuming you didn't have more than one save slot going?

  • i had another one but it was once it was once where i wasnt as leveled up or had the perk or whatever that showed everything in the map. i think i was like lvl 9 or 10..

  • You have to get the Broken Steel DLC, which is free.

  • Broken Steel allows you to continue post-credits and sets you up with a few new side quests.

Great game, I was playing it just today.

  • It isn't? nevermind then, been a while since I got it. But still, only way to continue after beating the game.

I think you're supposed to go to the PS store, then download it and then start the game and you'll wake up. Pretty much like any download.

  • I'd defiantly recommend point lookout really loved it, my favourite DLC. The Pitt was pretty good, depicted a brutal side to the wasteland (well worse than usual) but I personally wasn't the biggest fan of mothership zeta or anchorage

  • Not a big fan of Zeta or Anchorage either, but Anchorage does give you that nifty chinese stealth suit.

    Ah sorry.
In Operation Anchorage you're in a combat simulator, and that's pretty much all it is. You're a soldier and you kill some chinese people.

It's completely linear, and there are no interesting characters.

The goodies you get at the end of the DLC are pretty nice though.
