I loved it so much. However, I lost a lot of Fondess fighting against Scarlet, Who was SO HARD to fight, But after I beat her, I was so very fond of the game again. It's beautiful, and Alex is super relatable unlike Harry, James, Heather, and Henry. The story is one everyone can remember forever, And I would play it a couple hundred more times if I had to.
I don't know it's my favorite Silent Hill Storyline, i can relate with Alex to some degree a son distant to his father. My parents never tr… moreied to sacrifice me to appease their gods, to my knowledge. I think a lot of people downplay the storyline, and say its "copying" the movie, but if they actually played the series, they would know that the "order." was long discussed Silent Hill 4. That is why i think a lot of people hate on it.
I liked at the beginning of the game, you can see the town founders killing their children. Doctor Fitch is straddled over his daughter with a bone saw. What a dark messed up game. I loved it. Double Helix did a great job.
I remember struggling on it too, the first time i played it. It was pretty challenging. I think modern gaming has been made so easy when we play a game that is a little difficult we struggle. Ever since halo came out with regenerative shields, its went downhill imo.
