My list hasn't changed yet since I posted it earlier this year since I'm going to wait until Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones finish their seasons before I rank them. But, at this point, it looks like Tales from The Borderlands might just rank higher than The Walking Dead: Season One for me.
EDIT: Actually, I take that back. I'm going to bump Back to the Future up a few pegs thanks to the addition of Tom Wilson in the remaster. On top of feeling more authentic, he gives a much more varied level to Biff than Andrew Chaikin did in the original. I'll definitely be more likely to play it again in the future with the revamped Biff.
Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures
Tales of Monkey Island
The Walking Dead
Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse
The Wolf Among Us
Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People
Hector: Badge of Carnage
Nelson Tethers: Puzzle Agent
CSI: Fatal Conspiracy
Puzzle Agent 2
Poker Night 2
The Walking Dead: 400 Days
Sam & Max Save the World

1- TWAU, really undecided between this and TFTB for best, but TWAU ended up having a more thought-provoking and a bit richer story.
2- TFTB, love the characters, love the humor, the setting and the whole journey they're on.
3- TWD Season 2, might have had a couple of rough episodes, but the good ones were really GOOD and I loved the setting (especially the lodge) and the group's dynamics.
4- TWD Season 1, overall it was a fantastic emotional journey, but for some reason, maybe Episodes 1 and 4, I preferred the second season.
5- GOT, maybe the only TTG I don't really like, the choices here seem to be the ones with the least consequences, and there hasn't been any Wow moment for me so far.
TFTBL - At first wasn't really into it, but overtime the game grew on me just got amazing. Have to say it's the best Telltale game so far. Can't wait for the finale next week
GoT - Love the playing as multiple characters thing, and I have to say the choices have to be the hardest of any Telltale game so far.
TWD S2 - Amazing, probably the most interesting story of all the Telltale games yet. Not as consistent as TWD S1 in terms of quality, but when it shined, IT SHINED.
TWD S1 - In terms of quality again, have to say probably the most consistent. Though there were much less highlight moments in it then other Telltale games. Definitely an amazing game though, I'd probably recommend this first to someone who has never played a TT game before since it's definitely the easiest to get into, and the one everyone knows about.
TWAU - While I think this game should get a season 2, I only feel that way because I know it has great potential. I only felt episodes 1 and 3 were the really good ones, the others kind of fell below average in my honest opinion. Though it's still a great game everyone should check out, I just don't think it's the best Telltale game by any means.
Minecraft has only had 1 episode so far, so not rating that, though if it keeps it up I can easily see it being number 2 to Tales.
TWD S1: Well written and emotionally driven and still remains as one of my favorite games of all time
TWD S2: Has its flaws, but still very well done for the most part.
TWAU: Not as good as TWD, but still a very well written and compelling.
TFTB: I may get a ton of hate for this, but I don't think it's that good. It's not bad or aynthing, but I find myself growing less invested with each episode.
GoT: A bit of a mixed bag. Some moments are a lot more compelling than others.
Back to the Future: Probably my second favorite Telltale Game
Jurassic Park: Words cannot express how much I fucking hate this game. The characters are cardboard cut outs of cardboard cut outs, the plot is all over the place, and the choices don't even try to have an impact.
Game of Thrones: I enjoyed the drama and the multiple playable characters is an amazing thing in that game. Also, the choices in GoT are really hard to make. And without saying much, cried 2 times... (Probably my favorite Telltale game)
Tales From the Borderlands: Funny as fuck, I really enjoy the game's humor. It also has 2 playable characters which is a great thing for me. And the drama that was in episode 4... made me cry... (My second favorite Telltale game)
The Walking Dead Season 1: I enjoyed it, probably the first game that made me cry in my entire life.
The Walking Dead Season 2: It may not be as good as the first season but it was still a great experience.
The Wolf Among Us: Oh god, I may get a lot of hate cause of this. The story was good but not that interesting as usual for me compared to the other Telltale games. It seems so normal to me. It's about a murder investigation but with characters from fairy tales. At least that's how I see it. (And TWAU is my least favorite Telltale game)
TWD S1: Great story, interesting characters and long episodes that make you wish for more. Among one of the best games I've ever played.
TWAU: A very unique atmosphere and world that is drawn out pitch perfectly. One of the best games I have ever played as well
GOT: Definitely not as good as TWAU and TWD S1 but still pretty good on it's own. With the exception of A Nest of Vipers I've pretty much enjoyed all the episodes.
TFTB: I don't get what's so great about this game. Good voice acting but everything else is just meh. It's one of those cheesy comedy games that just rubs me the wrong way and is in no way Telltale's best or a GOTY contender imho
TWD S2: Oh dear... what could have been Telltale's greatest idea came out as their biggest disappointment. Shortened episodes, lack of character development, unlikable characters and poor choices I feel this should have been paid more time.
MCSM: Dear god... All of TFTB's cheesy humor multiplied by 10. The graphics look like trash and the story is absurd
I posted in this thread earlier in the year before most of the episodes of TFTB and GoT released and now that we are approaching the finals i will update my list and also include my old one. I also changed my mind about the ranking for TWAU and i'm not sure yet where i will place Minecraft Story Mode so i will leave it off the list.
The Wolf Among Us: Pretty kickass, one of Telltale's greatest masterpieces, Beautiful art style, amazing story, made me cry plenty of times. If somebody who worked on the game is reading this, thank you for making this game, it's genius, and you sir along with the rest of your Co-developers, deserve a damn medal.
Tales from the Borderlands: Excellent game, very consistent with it's story, fun relatable characters, and plenty of Humor. I love it.
Sam and Max: Awesome franchise, lovely art style, I love the acting, and for some reason, Max is so damn cute to me.
The Walking Dead: Fell in love with a lot of the characters from the get go. Awesome plot developement, and though it comes with a few minor flaws here and there and some nasty audio bugs, it's still a pretty well done game.
Minecraft: Story Mode: I have not exactly played it yet, But I've supported the idea a lot, and even seen some clips from the first episode. The art style seems cute, the jokes are... cheesy, but that's forgivable. And Patton f**king Oswalt is in it. What's not to love?
Game of Thrones: Very inconsistent, The graphics seem a bit weird, and it's got some MAJOR audio bugs that need fixing, But it's an all around nicely made game with some awesome callbacks to the show, and Rodrik is one... dashingly handsome man... Iron From Ice.
Back to the Future: Very cheesy, not entirely entertaining, and pretty boring to sit through. Though I am in love with the art style, Back to the Future was a very... weird title. I hope I'll play the remaster and have second thoughts though.
Jurassic Park: Eh, It could have been done better, but it could have been done worse. I don't have much to say about it considering I never finished it, but the art style was nice and the acting was okay. Still wasn't exactly that good.
Tales of Monkey Island: I've never been much of a Monkey Island fan, and this did not change my mind. I hated the art style, and the games plot was hard to follow, but hey, the voice acting was... okay, I guess.
The Walking Dead: Season Two: No... okay? Just, no.
The Walking Dead Game Season Two - 8/10 - compared to Season One, it kind of reduced in allot of ways, impact of choices, length of episode, character development and side quests.
The Wolf Among Us - 10/10
I don't want to rate the rest until all episodes are released.
* The Walking Dead Game Season One - 10/10

5.The Walking Dead: Season 2 - I think everyone here knows the reasoning for this one. I'll at least cut it a little slack and say the final scene (I didn't side with Jane) was amazing.
4.Game Of Thrones - I used to think it was great. Now I think it's good. Rodrik is still in my Top 10 list of favourite characters in a video game, so at least it's got that going for it.
3.The Wolf Among Us - I loved this one, but I love the last 2 more. This game had very good characters, moral choices, yadayadah... But I think the best thing about this game is it's art style.
2.The Walking Dead: Season 1 - Now, this game was AMAZING. Seriously, I fell in love with the story and the characters from the start. It also earned the No. 1 spot in my personal saddest piece of entertainment media ever made list (Of which doesn't actually exist yet, :P), which is a feat and a half.
And last, but CERTAINLY not least...
1.Tales From The Borderlands - Wow. That's all I would normally say when describing this game, but that would make a pretty ant-climactic list, so let's elaborate a little more. This game, is not only my favourite TellTale game, but my favourite game of all time. Seriously. It is EXTRAORDINARY! The characters are amazing. They're so goddamn lovable, I just wanna hug them. ESPECIALLY GORTYS. The story is entertaining as shit! I have no clue what the hell is gonna happen in Episode 5 (Which is launching tomorrow HYPEHYPEHYPE) but I know that this game will forever have a special place in my heart. I'm gonna feel so disappointed after playing Episode 5, not because of the actual episode, but because I'll know the series will be over and I'll have to say goodbye to all the characters (Whichever ones will be alive, anyway). Everyone who had anything to do with this game, all I have to say is...
After playing the Tales from the Borderlands finale, I think I have to do something I never expected to do and rank it above the other excellent Tales title, Tales of Monkey Island. I was expecting to rank it higher than The Walking Dead: Season One, but the finale really surprised me in that it was so well done (and it had so much player choice) that it's only behind Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures in my opinion (solely because I still feel that that season is the closest Telltale has ever come to replicating the feel of the source material. Even if they had to get a different voice for Wallace due to the advanced age of Peter Sallis, it felt just like a playable Wallace & Gromit film, and as great as Telltale is at making stories that fit in the universe of the license, I don't feel that they've quite yet made another season that felt just like the original source material).
Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures
Tales from the Borderlands
Tales of Monkey Island
The Walking Dead
Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse
The Wolf Among Us
Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People

Nelson Tethers: Puzzle Agent
CSI: Fatal Conspiracy
Puzzle Agent 2
Poker Night 2
The Walking Dead: 400 Days
Sam & Max Save the World
Back to the Future: The Game (30th Anniversary Edition)
Note: As of right now, I am rating BTTF(partway through ep 2), TFTB(yet to play ep 5), GoT(yet to play ep 6), and MSM(only ep 1) without all episodes finished.

TFTB - Funniest game I've played and I just want the series to never end.
TWAU - I was always excited to play this. Loved the concept and VA, QTEs, Art style, pretty much everything.
GOT - If I wanna drama game, nothing beats this one. Can't wait to see how it ends.
First to worst, but I love em all.

TWAU: A very unique atmosphere and world that is drawn out pitch perfectly. One of the best games I have ever played as well

Update & EDIT:
That is all.
I already posted mine before, but with some new additions I've decided to do it again. Here's my top 10 list:
I don't want to rate the rest until all episodes are released.
Thread: Would someone please
Would yall please rate all the Telltale offerings you have played?
Me TWD1 > TWAU > TWD2
Also i see alot of hate for GOT. I love the show and books and hope not to be let down. Rate that as well 1-10!? No spoilers please. Thank you all
All the episodes ARE released.
I think he means Tales and GoT!
I haven't played mcsm or got so...
Yes I mean Tales From The Borderlands, Game Of Thrones and MineCraft: Story Mode.
Having played recent titles and mulling on it, here is my top 10 list.
