Telltale just confirmed the release date on Twitter for the finale and the retail copy to be out on Nov 17th. It is strange though, especial… morely since it's going to be released on a Saturday this time around and not the usual Tuesday....
EDIT: LOLOL Nevermind, I completely read my calendar wrong. It's definitely a Tuesday. I was looking at October. >.<
Episode 6 will release on the same day across all platforms according to the Blog.
Already into the series? We've got some much-anticipated news for you as well. Today we can announce that the season finale, Episode 6: 'The Ice Dragon', will be released on Tuesday, November 17th across all platforms. That's right, 'The Ice Dragon' will be the very first Telltale Games episode to see a simultaneous day-and-date release on PC/Mac, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, AND iOS and Android-based devices.
Same as retail? That's odd.
Usually people can hold of disc copies up to a week early if not more, so people will likely be able to play episode 6 well before November 17th..
They did call the final episode for Game of Thrones one of their most ambitious finales, including Tales from the Borderlands. After that immensely joyful experience from last night with Tales, I have faith that they will make a great final for Game of Thrones.

The other day I went to the bakery in a Lidl supermarket, to buy a cookie. I went to the tills to pay for my cookie to find 1 till in use and a number of people in the queue doing what looked like a monthly shop I waited in line 20 minutes to buy a 39p cookie.. This literally describes my telltale experience.
Why have they frequently said in the past that they wait a long time to say when the episodes will released, until at the earliest week before, and now reveal the release date 3 weeks in advance?
Are you fucking kidding me? Episodes realeased every 4-6 weeks my ass, this is the longest fucking wait after TWAU Episode 2 ("That won't hapen anymore" yeah...). What's taking them so long? I hope Episode 6 will be the best fucking episode ever made by TTG otherwise I'm going to San Francisco and smash every one of them heads in with a crowbar.
You know what, I'm not mad, if it took this long to make the episode, than it's most likely really good. Look how well Tales did (past tense, makes me so sad knowing it's over) due to its long waits.

I did! I just edited my post too. Haha, I was hoping I would beat someone to it. :P
Wait, O27 is a lie and the game will actually release about a month away in November?
O27 was only speculation.
WELP. Can't say I'm not disappointed that's so far off. Hopefully its worth the wait!

Kill me now.
Well, at least we got a release date. That's something, right?
Ep6 doesn't come on the disc, just the option to download it when it's released I think.
@Telltale
Ah, you're right. It's in the small print in the video at the end.
WELL THEN
Rather interesting location to make voice acting.
And gosh, Iwan's eyes while voicing Ramsay.
Damn, how long has is been since the last episode was released? It feels like it has been ages... And only to find out i have to wait another Month.
Well it looks far away, But i think maybe this will be greatest episode of all Telltale games ever. in the meantime i can play Fallout!
If you insist on knowing, over 100 days.
Looks like this officially takes the number one spot for longest awaited episode in Telltale history.
Oh, well I am sure Telltale Will do a great job

I can't believe it... What am I seeing? NOV17 ?! REALLY, TELLTALE??!!!

Well there's TWAU Ep.2 that was even longer. If they don't pull out a masterpiece I'm gonna be super-pissed
Damn, I go to sleep and miss everything. Well, at least they told us it was going to be November.
Well, the wait continues. One of the first times ever that I was happy to be super busy!
Mel didn't see this in her fires. Red Rahloo is a lie!
The O27 hype train
