  • Can she die in EP3? I don't remember.

Maybe this is just obvious but I realized chloe dies in every episode based on certain decisions

  • I'm mistaken on my UE4 thing, though as I clarified, that it's not verified.

It just so happens that Episode 5 is created differently to avoid model-swapping.

    * That doesn't seem right to me. If I'm not mistaken, UE4 doesn't officially support the PS3 and 360, so it'd probably be too much hard work

It seems like it's hard to port over assets from an UE3 game to the UE4. At least it took the developers of The developers of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter quite a while to port it while making the Redux version.

    Odd that they'd disable model-swapping.

  • There's a step in model swapping where you'll have to edit a .ini file, since the game checks the file sizes if they match or not.

But they hid the file sizes, so you can't model swap anymore.

  • So I'm doing my first actual playthrough of Life Is Strange (though I've already seen a play through of it) and I noticed something in further regards to Dana's pregnancy test. When you look at the tester, Dana gets embarrassed, she asks you to leave and you can rewind to before looking at it. You can have the conversation with her about the pregnancy, and she'll tell you that she WAS pregnant (presumed abortion) and she says that the father is a jock and that it's not Zachary (as max may or may not have assumed from the sext rumour). You can read a note sitting on the top of Dana's dresser that is from Logan, apologizing to Dana for "pussing out" and saying that she deserves a better man. He may have "pussed out" when he received word of the positive pregnancy test and got scared, maybe dumped her or whatever. He also says at the end of the letter "if you need any money, let me know" (pay for the child or possibly pay for abortion). This points towards the fact of Logan being most likely the father of Dana's child. She also may not want another relationship anytime soon, by evidence of the chat with Trevor that Dana isn't replying to, on her computer.

I'm sure a lot of you have likely already observed this in the game. Though, I thought it was interesting and thought I'd point out the theory in case some didn't catch this. Feel free to comment on this post on what you think about this theory.

  • Here's one: Life Is Strange is boring af.

  • Whatever, Preston that's your opinion (which I don't disrespect), but I love the game. Now, go order around the general/sole surviver even tho he's a higher rank than u

  • Well, ya. I guess it is kind of a strange game (hense the name), but you gotta admit, it's got a hella good story. Yes I just said 'hella'.

  • Here's the deal: Episode 1-4 = Really good. Episode 5 = A poor excuse for an ending and a big letdown.

But u admit that it was a really good game, right? Definitely in my top 10.

  • David was a really good guy. He ending up treating me like an adult because I took the blame but told him later that I was just covering for Chloe. He also killed Jefferson in an alternate universe when I told him about Chloe ' s death. He's has a good heart, he was even the only other person besides myself who had a bad feeling about Jefferson.

Am I the only one who started to like David Madsen in this Episode? He was really quite nice, harbored no hard feelings to me over the pot incident and helped me get Nathan expelled.

  • That's just a matter of opinion, I really liked the game but I can understand why some people did not.

  • True. I respect everyone's opinion, even if I don't understand it. I get that the game isn't for everyone, few games are. Though, I find the game environment beautiful and it really gives off the real-life type atmosphere. Besides the time travel thing, it's probably one of the most realistic games I've ever played. Glad a few people agree with me. Also did anyone think my theory was interesting? (the post above this one)

  • Max is a free bleeder, meaning on her period she doesn't use pads or tampons. This is suggested in Episode One: Chrysalis when she's in the bathroom. You can look at the tampon machine and Max says "no thanks, I'm free to flow"

  • I... don't think that's what she meant.

If you try to use the axe on Chloe in episode 2:

  • If you don't break the ice Bonnie dies

Warren has a crush on Max.

  • Max was too dumb to think of the tornado when she gets to that Zeitgeist art gallery in the end. She could've warned Arcadia Bay. It wouldn't have mattered since Butterfly effect strikes back anyway at one point apparently. bla

  • All this time, I didn't know this thread existed.

  • Dear friends. I will take some time to explain and introduce you the most important thing for me and hopefully you will not judge me strictly :)

    Here we go :

Can you please tell me what would happen if Rick would be killed after 1st season of TWD series? I guess the TWD woud lose around 70 percent of it's viewers right?

Now, how many of you playing the TWD PC game series just with emotions like you were on the 1st season? I will reckon not lots of you, and you know why?

Here a short explanation why the TWD PC game series now would dramatically fall apart and be in the most horrific situation.

There is a thing called 'Main' and 'Secondary' characters where they are both almost equal to each other and can switch/drift from time to time with their roles. That case we have watched in 1st season of TWD PC . The very first and main character was Lee,just like Rick for TWD TV series, am i right? I guess i am as the game starts and draws the main routine around Lee. So after all of that Lee finds the 'Secondary' character Clementie and the writters tried to switch them making Clem 'Main' and Lee 'Secondary',thus they did not succeed as Lee was always around Clem and would take the 'Main' actions as if it is. So basically the TWD did not succeed in switching their Roles ,although they thought they did succeed, and yet that is why they have 'killed' Lee if we can say that.

If i start to believe that there would be more and more less chances for Lee to be again seen on the scene,i would just actually hate TWD PC as they destroyed the 'Main' character and never succeeded to replace the 'Main' character witha anyone else as they taught us that Lee is the man.
So just think for a second, do you even enjoy the routine and story which has been drawn around infamous persons which actually has no charisma as Lee does? I bet you don't.

So my call is to be very strickt to TWD PC about this and never try to soften, as we are users and we can tell the story which could go viral.

Always remember Rick...if he would be eliminated from very first season...who would even watch the TWD series? The 'Main' routine has been already drawn around Rick and TWD TV series do not want to replace him and that is the 1000000% reason for me at this momeny why i am waiting and watching the TWD TV series like psycho as they have managed to do that, meanwhile TWD PC game series just has a huge hole and i reckon they would fall down very badly soon naertime if they did not think about this issue a little deeper.

No strict Judgement :) It's my own oppinion :) If you have another point of view,I would love to hear you guys!

  • Dude. This thread is about Life is Strange, not The Walking Dead.
