After you edited it. If you check the time stamps, my post was a minute before your edit. I saw the change afterwards, just didn't care enough to edit my comment.
Finally got around to doing my build thing on vault111 anyways here it is:
S -6
P- 3
E- 3
C- 5
I- 5
A- 4
L- 2
Is that good? I've never played a Fallout game so I don't know how this works. I know I want to be able to persuade people and kind of want to be sneaky and be able to carry alot because I know in rpgs that weight builds quickly.
I think it's great. It's how you you want to play so that's all that matters. Remember these are only your starting stats and you'll be able to increase them over time :-)

I gotta say I disagree completely, which does not mean I want to argue. I assume it's a personal preference thing.
But for me personally … moreit's always completely baffling when anyone brings up DA: Inquisition as an example of a 'living' gameworld... I thought it was the most wooden, automaton-filled, non-reactive world I have encountered in quite a while... and I used to be a pretty big DA fan, I even liked DA2 rather a lot. I barely managed one tedious playthrough of Inquisition before I got bored to tears.
I'm far from declaring Skyrim or Fallout perfect, but for some reason I've always felt much more at home in those worlds (slightly disturbing in case of Fallout? Perhaps...). Maybe I'm just a loner by nature, I don't even like bringing companions with me most of the time. I just like to roam, and discover things I never knew could be there.
Cause I'm the wanderer, yeah, the wanderer, I roam around around around...
Hey guys here's a new character build tool I stumbled across. It's actually more in depth than vault 111.com and everything seems upadated. If you're interested check out the link: http://www.rpg-gaming.com/fo4.html
The more I think about it, the more excited I get! Can't wait to dive in and discover the world. I'm particularly looking forward to the environmental stories told by finding vault logs etc. like the amazing vault in New Vegas with the elections.
Can't decide between playing male and female character, because I would like the roleplay as myself for once, but unfortunately the protagonist starts in a straight marriage so don't really have that option.
Only 4 days and i'm super excited! The world looks extremely varied and I can't wait to explore it.
I'm going to role play myself. However and luckily for you, I heard you can romance any of your followers male or female. Hopefully that can affect your choice of roleplaying.

Yourself?
You can, which is good, but still the entire backstory of our character revolves aroudn them being in a heterosexual marriage, so that avenue is pretty much closed off for us. Kinda wish they would have let you choose the gender of your spouse, but oh well, it's hardly a big problem.

Well, you could consider that marriage a fake one, which was somewhat common in the 50s and times then where homosexuals would marry heterosexuals, sometimes with a mutual agreement...other times not. You could consider your character a gay man who married a straight woman in order to have a baby or whatever you want.
Tons of ways around the narrative if you don't like it.

Fallout isn't in the actual 50s when the bombs hit though, just in a design resurgence of it.
And if it were true that my character had entered into a fake marriage etc. then that already characterises them loads and turns it into roleplaying someone else who hasn't come out in the first 35 or so years of their lives, rather than thinking 'This person is me just in a different time, the future, and universe'. It's still really limited.

I know, It's in a different version of 2077, I do know a lot about Fallout. I'm jut saying it in a way that most people would understand, a version of the 50s.
Well, I was just offering options to get around the starting narrative, it's your choice if you want to take them or just play as someone else. Personally, I'll play as myself, older version of myself anyway.

I heard that the feral ghouls in Fallout 4 will be able to scale buildings. That seems...really scary to think about. Imagine that raiding your settlement.
Well, in Fallout 3 you could enslave children, shove live grenades in peoples' pants and nuke two of the most important bastions of civilization in the wasteland.

I'm gonna say the male. The female's performance when she said "War never changes" sounded very monotone and emotionless compared to the previous ones.
Spoiler: When the BoS guy said you can't find the institute in the launch trailer. It is because John Cena is the leader of the institute. So you can't see any of them.

So, I'm going to go out on a limb and say yes.

Can't find one myself, but browse the fallout forums. Fans there are always talking about something interesting. Like the other day I just discovered there's no holster weapons option, and we will not be able to see them on are character's back like in previous games. They just disappear I guess

Yep it kills RPing. I was hoping it wasn't true, but reading through the thread it seems it was confirmed by a player whom got the game early. Here's the thread on the fallout forum if anyone wants to take a look: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1542518-holstering-weapons/

I don't given it was confirmed by someone whom already played it, plus in every gameplay trailer or video I've seen no one have a weapon on their back or at their side. they are always carrying it. Prime example, go back and look at the big leagues perk vid. pay attention at the very end when the people become hostile. they whip out there weapons from thin air.

Ah, apologies.
It's all good.
So are you excited Flog?
Wow that stinks. I can't believe that's already happening.
Seems every game leaks these days.
This has been one of the longest weeks of my life. I've been waiting for this game for years and it's so tantalizingly close.

I completely agree with you about Inquisition. Worst DA IMO.

The Steam pre load as started, HYPE!!!

PRELOAD HYPE IS UPON US! :OOOOOOOOO

Now that it's pre-loaded the wait becomes harder.

The Vault Boy now sits on my desktop, taunting me.

I think my first character will be an insane, charismatic Jim Jones kind of settlement leader.
Anyone else going to be a smooth-talking devil?
Is this one of those games you can be kind of evil?

Sorry, I just encountered some people on here a few months ago who were vehemently arguing that the bombs fell in the 20th century :P

Ahh cool . Didn't know because I never played FO3
I see what you did there, lol!!
Will you wip them up some koolaid ;-)
Is there a confirmed feature list anywhere? Gotta find something to satiate my hype before tuesday lol.
Nah, Kool-Aid is for chumps! We only drink the finest 'purple drank' in my community!
Nuka Quantum + Med X = A good time.
LOL!!

Working on a Brotherhood type helmet for an art project. Still need to wrap the tin foil on to it.
I get a PS4 for Christmas. So I have to wait ages still before I actually get to play it...
I hate my life.
Wow, that's rather disappointing.

I hope they don't use the Skyrim holster system. Carrying a shield on your arm all the time as lame.
