Strong Female Character in each Modern TT game?
I just noticed in every modern telltale game, there was at least one strong female character.
Minecraft - Petra
Game of Thrones - Beskha
Tales from The Borderlands - Athena, Sasha
The Wolf Among Us - Bloody Mary
TWD - Clementine

I hope this doesn't degrade to a female > male thread.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU TRYING TO OPEN PANDORA'S BOX?
It's not just their modern games.
Bone had Thorn (although, admittedly, this was Telltale's only direct adaptation of the source material, so the credit for Thorn's character goes to Jeff Smith)
Sam & Max had Sybil
Tales of Monkey Island had Morgan LeFlay
Back to the Future had Edna Strickland
They've always been good at writing strong characters, of either gender.
Let's not forget Boxing Betty! Sam and Max couldn't have progresssd without everyones favorite black eyed remote controled boxing doll.
Im gonna clear this. Up. I thought of this because there is also another similar thread in the tftb swction
Neat.
There's also Lilly and Christa from TWD. And Snow and Holly from TWAU.
It's nice that TellTaleGames has stronger heroines but the gaming industry has always had strong female characters
What about Fiona? .-.
Poogers just wants Athena and Fiona to be Canon, cant you see?
There are plenty of ways to be strong. Ellegaard is strong, Mira is strong, Fiona is strong, Snow is also strong, and I'm too lazy to list all of TWD strong females.
Refer to Steven Universe for more ways for a female (or anyone really) to be strong.

I strongly disagree with "always." Some games... maybe, eventually, sure. But not always.
You kicking Sasha out?
TWD - Clem and Molly
I love how "strong female character" is often defined by how violent they are.
Or if they have "manly" traits like being Engineer who builds battle tanks or something as a hobby.
Or actually dares to control/lead the male characters, that is one of the common ones. Being her own woman instead of marrying a man and stuff like that. Trying to do almost everything alone to show her "manliness."
i was joking pls dont kill me
Someone been to Tumbler today.
I couldn't take this seriously with the Uncle Grandpa counter in the top right.
It's the problem with videos taken straight from the episode ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Snow and Holly was alphas? I dont think so.
Fiona isn't strong. We never seen her lift Rhys or do other impossible stuff.
Nah.
Only time I found that place useful was when we promoted one of our contest entries.
I rather stay away from really bad communities.
To be honest, I admit that Telltale Games had balls to make one of their best characters so far known simply as "Clementine."
Not only she was pretty young to be even playable character on Season 2 but already in Season 1 they made Clementine to know how to use a gun to defend herself and stuff like that. If they wanted to play it safe, they would have made her weakling sidekick who always need help due "being kid."
Season 2 displays beautifully how even a kid can mentally grow to be an adult way ahead of their supposed age when the situation forces itself. Clementine is insanely adult like in her behavior there and you get to see how that "sheltered" kid totally breaks down when facing the reality.
If you guys have noticed, Clementine talks with adults as EQUAL. Especially after showing that she is not just a typical kid from "pre-walkie" times.
Are you saying that women who are "strong" are those who only displays aggression and strength?
You're completely wrong.
She basically lifted Rhys up when they where in the Atlas facility.
Agreed
When? That was Sasha
In the Trust Fiona opening, she lifts Rhys up to the opening to the main room.
Athena's technically a character from Gearbox (although yes, she was in the game). So I'd really replace her with Fiona or even Vallory.
Sorry, I just remembered back to when Clementine has to option to ask Jane if she wants a cookie for doing something good. Made me lol a little.
TBH, Clementine now is just a shell of a character, after season two. They should just give her superpowers. If you are going to go unbelievable, might as well go Saints row style.
But that is determinant, Fiona may or may not depending on your choices.
Even if it is, that doesn't mean she isn't capable of doing so, it was just never shown.
Vallory was strong but only physically. Lol
Are you trying to tell me that a woman who's only physically strong can withstand sticking a knife in someone's arm/torso without remorse or guilt?
She was mentally strong, too.
this is relevant to this topic
all this gender stuff is a load of shit as long as the characters are actually good characters it doesn't matter
