Does the Season pass change the availability? Because I have one, am in the UK and on the 360, and can't download it. I would hope not, seeing as how i have already waited for a 'Summer 2015' game into mid November!

I have to say: i live in Austria. The episode did go online in the psn store at 12:30am (our time). 3 hours ago - so finished this episode about 30 minutes ago.
Telltale's based out of San Rafael Canada and it's like 7:47 atm there so I'm assuming I won't get it on amazon kindle for four or five hours if that helps anyone who's been asking

Why do some have this game already when myself and the three other people I know who have this game still do not?
Does it get released to different locations at different times? Seems asinine.
The East Coast is 3 hours ahead of PST Time, which means that there are couple of hours left... And I woke up excited to play the Episode. The day's gonna suck until I get home to play it.
It will likely release at around the same time as the Steam version which is around 10 AM PST, i don't think they have a midnight release planned for this episode like they didn't for the Tales from the Borderlands final.

Maybe for future games with Steam, TT should give the copy to steam earlier so that all PC players could have similar release times
