    Andrew Ryan and Frank Fontaine from Bioshock, and especially the novel. Andrew Ryan is a classic anti-villain, driven to the brink by the collapse of his own utopia. Frank is the methodical, amoral con-man, who plays all the forces in Rapture against one another for his own financial gain.

    I personally, am just sick and tired of politics right now, and I really don't wanna see it right now!

    It was just a joke. I personally think people should be allowed to bring up what they want when they want. If I'd put a picture of obama I doubt you'd be asking me to refrain from making political points - don't try to limit me making a joke just because it's one that contradicts your personal political views.

    Richard from Hotline Miami 2. I don't know if he's technically classed as a villain and If he's even a real person but he's so mysterious and cool. He always appears to characters in dreams or hallucinations just before they die like some kind of Angel of death. Really cool ominous music always plays when he appears too.
