The first one that comes to mind is Deathwing from World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. Another dragon. I don't know, he used to be quite intelligent and cunning but then he was turned into a generic doomsday villain who likes to scream of destruction and death. And another problem was that he didn't felt like a major threat, because he was simply a pawn for the Old Gods.
But I will post again if another worst villain comes to mind.
i would say the leader of hound in the anime vipers creed he didnt show in many episodes but it made no sense in fact the whole ending of that series was bad
Venom/Eddie Brock from Spiderman 3 - Sandman and the new Green Goblin were better in comparison.
Also the time where they thought it was a good idea to have Schwarzenegger play as Mr. Freeze in a Batman movie - lol.

* Mark Jefferson (Life is Strange)
* Deathwing (World of Warcraft: Cataclysm)
* Not that poor written but he could be better: Rickard Morgryn (Telltale's Game of Thrones)
About Morgryn, yes, he could have been better. I wish he kept playing Mira for a little longer, and then revealed his true intentions on the very last minute. I wish he proposed first, then all Mirgryn shippers would accept, and then after Tom is dead he would reveal himself to be the main antagonist on Mira's story and everybody would freak out. It would have been glorious. However, we knew nothing about who he really was under that mask of courtesy, so any way he acted would make sense. TellTale made an option, and while it isn't the way I would have preferred the reveal to be, I liked it much better than if he just turned out to be the perfect guy. Handsome, charming, somehow powerful, and a lord? If he was also a good person, he would have been such a Gary Stu. Worse than that, only if he was also 20 years old and a Dornish prince.
But if TellTale did it the way I wish they did, with the reveal after the marriage choice, then the choice would have been between Mira and Tom's lives only, and I assume a lot of people would pick the playable character. TellTale wanted us to have a good reason to kill a playable character, and I must say that they succeeded! So in the end, it was one of the (few) things that I really liked about the series. It is a shame that they had to make Mira determinant for that, as that completely killed any wish I had to play the second season. I hope they will introduce a new King's Landing POV so I will want to play it.
Agreed. Comic Eddie is actually more brutish. Topher Grace was overall just a poor casting choice. Everything in Spiderman 3 was pretty poor compared with it's predecessors imo

Worst as in most evil or worst as in poorly written?
Poorly written.
Alduin from Skyrim.

Loki from the Avengers. What a shameful rip off

Ikr! When I first saw him literally said "Eric just stop..."
lololol
Hm... I couldn't agree more. I wish Blizzard could have Deathwing at least kinda good written
That's another reason why Cataclysm is my least favorite expansion in WoW
He's still charming tho.
Yeah, he is
And I know someone else who agrees with you. xP
Who?
Abeile or something like that
Oh yeah. @Abeille
Christoph Waltz in Spectre. Not necessarily the worst, but very disappointing.
Hahah, yes xD

Still can't over the fact that they made Brock Venom skinny as a rail, too. They could've at least attempted to make him realistically buff!
There are surely a lot more I could mention, but right now those came to mind.
Bowser from the Mario Universe. (All he does is kidnap Peach over and over and over and what is that suppose to do...Nothing!)

Stranger from TWDG.
Motives didn't even make sense. "To take her away from danger" while actively putting her/causing danger around her.
bruh Mark got so fucking creepy
Crazy Quilt or the Condiment King - Batman's rogues gallery.
Billy Yoder from the Jurassic Park Game.
