The Joker (Both from the Dark Knight and from the Arkham Asylum/City Games)
Darth Vader
James Moriarty(Sherlock Holmes's Nemesis)
Ramsay Bolton
The Boss and The End from MGS 3
Kilgrave was such a great villain! So creepy and awful. I was constantly hoping that Jessica would finally kill him. But at the same time, he was also very entertaining to watch, and even occasionally funny.
Anton Chigurh (No Country for Old Men)
Hans Landa (Inglorious Basterds)
Lee Woo Jin (Oldboy) Now this is the ultimate meaning … moreof revenge
Lil Ze (City of God)
Gordo (The Gift) WATCH THIS MOVIE NOW
Terrence Fletcher (Whiplash)
and speaking of J.K. Simmons...
Vernon Schillinger (Oz) This guy terrifies me
Richmond Valentine from Kingsman: The Secret Service. He's amazingly well written, down to earth, smart, witty, against cliches, and basically everything you could hope for in a villain. He's just fucking awesome. Plus, this scene that he was responsible for ain't half bad either...

Personally, my favorite villian of all time is Megabyte from an old show called ReBoot, if anyone here has seen that show you know he's one sly dog.
A few of my all time favorite villains:
1- Handsome Jack (Borderlands franchise)
2- Doctor Nefarious (Ratchet & Clank franchise)
3- The Joker (especially if Mark Hamill is voicing)
4- Glados (Portal franchise)
5- Loki (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
Countless good ones I can't name them all so i'm going to go with the best in telltale games.
Vasquez and Jack
I think the greatest villain a character has to face is themselves
So Tyler Durden.
The Reapers from Mass Effect Series
Monokuma from Danganronpa
The Great Mighty Poo from Conker
Shao Kahn from Mortal Kombat
Ramsay Bolton/Snow from Game of Thrones show
me
Its a tie between Warden Norton and Captain Hadley
Vader would be in the top 5. This is his reaction to the force awakens early reviews:
The Joker (Both from the Dark Knight and from the Arkham Asylum/City Games)

James Moriarty(Sherlock Holmes's Nemesis)
Ramsay Bolton
The Boss and The End from MGS 3

As far as comic book characters, Doctor Doom & Magneto.
I know Undertale is "too popular" and "trendy" right now but could my post get at least one like? Pretty please.
The greatest villain, period.
