My wife made a Portuguese themed dinner, which made me so freaking happy! (I'm Portuguese XD) She made Bacalhau (codfish) Borrego assado(roasted lamb) These bomb ass roasted potatoes, green beans and my all time favorite-Formigos. It's this really sweet dessert. Of course, we did a small Ham and a few other little side dishes, too but I was SO happy and surprised when she did all this for Christmas.
On Christmas Eve, we had penne pasta, salad and chicken parmesan. On Christmas Day, we had a breakfast that consisted of coffee cake, pork roll (New Jersey delicacy) and eggs with cheese. Throughout the day we snacked on candy and cookies, my uncle made homemade fudge and peanut buttercups. For Christmas Day dinner, we had some beef dish that I'm not familiar with, vegetables mixed with tomato sauce, broccoli, cheese sauce and mashed potatoes.
Whew, that was a lot. My family is very spoiled with food on holidays as we have a chef in the family.

On a serious note....it was turkey, cinnamon rolls, bread, lots of coffee, rice, soup, and I can't remember what else we had.
