Anyone that´s into the new Shannara Chronicles series?

Just found out about this show some days ago but haven´t got any time to watch it yet so I was thinking, is there someone here who has done so? If so, what do you think about it? Better than Game of thrones perhaps? How many episodes has been realesed so far?

    I have heard someone say that the first book was good but latter books weren't.

    I think they have released up to episode 4 of an initial run of 10 episodes.

    From what I have heard it isn't up to the same production standards as that of Game Of Thrones. The story doesn't flow quite as smoothly either. This is all third hand though as I don't think it is airing in the UK yet. I may be wrong.

    The story line seams quite interesting I just hope they can execute it well enough.

    I was interested enough in this series to start up my own thread about it but as this thread started first I'll post here from now on.
