Minecraft: Story Mode Glitch (Please Help!)

I have Minecraft: Story Mode on iOS 9.2 I purchased the game through the App Store. When I bought Episode 4 and downloaded it, the game is stuck in the Updating Content screen and has no sound.

    Also, when I turn off the game and turn it back on, it works but without sound. I really don't want to have wasted $4.99…
