God do you have to pay again for an app that was already purchased on another device. For example, I just got a new iPad and it is on the same iCloud as my phone. DO I have to pay again on my iPad for a telltale game. Have a great day and let me know what yo think.

As long as they're both using the same iTunes account then you should be able to install the game again.
I mean like download episodes, I am worried that I have to pay five dollars again.
I don't believe you have to pay five dollars again. If you use the same iTunes account like lupinb0y said, then you shouldn't have to pay again. Like me, I have the Adele CD on my iPhone and I easily downloaded it again on my iPad without paying ten dollars again. Hope this helps.
There's a button in the Episodes list to restore purchases. Just do that and you'll be given the option to download the episodes individually.
If you bought any thing from another apple device, and wanna download it in another device, there is no need to pay again, just download it from your purchased list.
