Answer from Customer Support?

I sent in a request to customer support almost a week ago and have not even received an acknowledgment to my email. Bought Walking Dead Season 1 and it would not download onto my computer. I requested a refund and have not had a response or had the charge drop off my card. Tried phoning customer support today and the person's voicemail was full. I am a little dubious that this company is on the up and up at this point. This is my last ditch effort to see if I could reach a customer service rep this way. Anyone else have problems like this with the company?

I'm not a Telltale staff member but the only way to reach them is by submitting a request or by sending an email to support@telltalegames.com. Unfortunately nobody will respond on the forum and the phone number is only for business inquiries.

  • I've done that and have had no response at all from customer service. At this point Telltale has basically stolen $25 from me. Really thought this was a legitimate company.

  • Go to court with this.

  • I sent a request 7th Jan and heard nothing.. (Just the automated reply) since my son cannot play past level 1 of minecraft story mode (won't let him download them- says coming soon, all five have been out for months ) and he completed episode one in an afternoon so £30 for a fith of a game / a defective game (they ship a disc with only part of a game and you have to dowload the rest?!. Will be sending it back to Amazon if they don't reply soon!
