Was there a previous battle with the Whitehills?

During the end of episode 5, Asher says "been a while since I killed any Whitehills."

Was there a previous conflict/battle with the Whitehills a few years before the current events of this storyline? I don't recall the game mentioning anything besides Asher getting exiled cause he almost started a war with the Whitehills.

    Rodrik mentioned that Ludd tried to murder Asher so I imagine when his relationship with Gwyn was discovered that Ludd sent some soldiers after Asher. And because Asher was the rebellious type he probably wasn't in the safety of Ironraths walls.

    I like to think that Asher was caught with his dick inside of Gwyn and a bunch of Whitehills tried to kill him but he slayed them all with improvised weapons from the room like a chamber pot and a flagon of ale.
