Which GTA 5 Ending Did You Choose?
I know I'm about two years late on this, but which ending did you choose? I chose Ending A.

I chose Ending C. At the time, I thought, well, if I am going to die, I will die fighting alongside my buddies in crime.
Obviously Ending C. Why wouldn't everyone pick it? Unless they had a hatred for Michael or Trevor of course.
^ I also chose Ending C, for that exact reasoning.
lol C. But if it had to come down between Mike or Trevor, I'd kill Trevor because there's a whole lot of backlash if you kill Michael. And all of that backlash makes you feel like a complete scumbag.
Ending C. Ending A is for Johnny fanboys and ending B is for assholes.
Franklin: I picked C, ain't that a bitch?
Ending A on my first playthrough because I thought Franklin was going to die for good if you picked ending C, so I chose to kill Trevor. Besides, he was seriously getting out of hand near the campaign's end anyway.
Johnny fans have a good reason to pick ending A, ever since Rockstar killed him off in the worst way possible and completely disregarded his previous story like it was nothing.
Well, I'm sorry but I was never a fan of DLC protagonists. It's kinda annoying to see hate on Trevor because he is a psycho and killed a DLC protagonist of GTA 4. Besides, don't you remember Johnny betrayed Niko twice and worked with Dimitri to kidnap Roman?
Forgot the specifics on the diamond fiasco so I don't have a complete answer to that. And Johnny only 'worked' with Dimitri so that he could remove his debt that was placed on his ex-girlfriend (whatever her name was). All and all, it was mostly his girlfriend's fault.
The hate is understandable since, as I said, Rockstar killed Johnny in the most shittiest way possible, and to add, made his cameo in GTA 5 almost seem pointless (other than the fact Trevor killed him just so he could start a war with the Lost).
Yeah, it clearly put Johnny fans to hate Trevor. I agree it should have been someone else, someone who no one cared for.
Micheal was awesome, Trevor was just too much fun, Franklin felt too much like a CJ clone from GTA SA, and I hated CJ with a passion so... ya.... C all the way... then I was surprised, C ended up the best option. hehe
Might as well be Johnny's girlfriend that should've died, lol. Just your typical junkie character.
I ran her over with Trevor's vehicle lol
Johnny destroyed himself. He and his GF both became drug addicts, addicted to Trevor's product. Ya Trevor is a evil psychopath but, not like he stuffed that stuff down their throats. Plus Johnny wasn't a very nice guy either, he had his fair share of death/murder. He road a rough life, in a biker gang, when you live by the sword you die by it eventually... he just died in a not so noble way on the opposite side of the continent. But he died in the sick world he was a part of for so long, a world of violence, drugs, crime, and death.... If it wasn't Trevor someone else eventually would of done it.
I'd like to think that Johnny's girlfriend led him to his downfall. Because if you think about it, she was the cause for most of the questionable things he's done.
Yeah, I get the whole 'since you're part of a gang, you're going to get killed by someone' scenario but Johnny deserved better than what Rockstar dealt him. Really, such a waste of a character when they could've done so much more with him and his remaining buddies.
Yea I love Michael too. He reminds me of a Robert De Niro character, so he immediately became my favorite.
btw, why did you hate CJ's character? Just wanna know.
Picked ending A after a bit of thought. I had no idea what C would give me, Michael was my favorite of the three so B was out of the question, and I fucking despised Trevor. Much less of an optimistic ending than C, but hey, seeing him roast like that was good enough for me.
I picked C because I assumed I'd play as Franklin as he went out in a blaze of glory, but something much better happened instead.
CJ was the worst protagonist out of any GTA game. I mean, they try to make it sound like he is a GOOD Guy but in the end you're still a murdering psychopath, the CJ character as well as other Grove Street cast glorified gang violence, in the worst possible way. Even Trevor admits that he isn't a good guy. It's funny because the Saint Row Franchise got this all right, they didn't glorify gang violence, despite being a GTA SA clone, they didn't hide that the protagonist was a Psychopath but promoted it.. unlike GTA SA and CJ....
Franklin they used a VA who was related to the same VA used on GTA SA for CJ, irony aside this magically made CJ and Franklin's respected in game voices sound so similar that I can never get that chip off my shoulder that Franklin sounds like and reminds me because of that fact..... CJ.
That being said out of the entire Grove Street Crew CJ was the weakest character, as a character.
Life isn't fair, great people often die in pathetic ways. Pathetic people often die in glorious ways. Just how the world rumbles. It would of been cliche if they gave him a better death. The shock value was worth it personally.
What's done is done, I know, but I still blame Rockstar regardless. Speaking of which, I'll probably torch Sam and Dan Houser's car later to show my disapproval.
Also just had to say, here you bring up cliché's even though almost every character and npc in V are cliché's themselves. ;P
At least Grove Street was against crack. :P
Live above the influence kiddies.
I never got to the end of the game but ending C always seemed like a cop out option, that ending was pretty much just killing all the people who were annoying in the game
Ending C. Brothers to the end.
I chose ending C.
