Do you imagine games on PS5? Tell me one
We're getting closer and closer to the PlayStation 9.

I wonder if the PS5 will be able to run a full scale game with the graphical quality of the Agni's Philosophy/Witch DX12 demo. Well, this was on a PC with 4 x Titan X in SLI, and I have doubts that the PS5 will beat that.
May be Uncharted 5. I think so.
The Last of Us 2
Call of Duty 30 Historical Warfare 7.

One can dream... one can dream.
I think I heard that Uncharted 4 is going to be the last game of the franchise.
The PS4 is enough for now lol
The game looks good, but what puts me off is the blur amount on the hair.
Since when is 4 years soon? That's about 5% of your life.
It's likely due to postprocessing effects used on the scene. The tech demo rendered 63 million polygons per frame, and all of Agni's hair strands are rendered with polygons and it made use of 8192x8192 textures. Agni's model consists of 11 million polys, 6 million for her hair, 2 million for the feathers on her clothes and 3 million for herbody and accessories. Since this tech demo alone took one year to make, it'll be a long time before we ever get a game with these kind of graphics in a large scale game, not to mention that there would probably have to be cuts in the quality of the graphics. Then there's also the fact this ran on a PC with 4 GTX Titan X cards in SLI.
No thank you, i just got my PS4 2 months ago, i am content with it and loving it!
SOON
I think that might be all the DLC the game put out.
Wait you aren't a mod anymore?
Doesn't seem like it. I haven't been on here much of late, so, that's probably why.
That's very astounding. I'd give it at least 5 - 10 years until we start getting games with that kind of graphics.
wait what??
"Hello Dave."

no yeah i know all about those DLCs. but, like, what did you mean?? you mean Left Behind? like you mean thats all we going to see for TLOU? beecause if you mean that then i dont think so. i mean it might not be a sequel, sequel, but there is DEFINITIVELY going to be a another part in the TLOU universe. not just because of the single player but because of the multiplayer. everyone that plays it loves it (although right now a lot of us have some fatigue of it haha) and we WANT A SEQUEL to factions.
I meant that there are a shit load of DLCs.
Wait really? I hope this isnt true, there needs to me more of a gap
I wish I could look into the future to see if the Ps5 is good, but I don't have 2020 vision
Same.
Yeah, there's a chance we could get something closer to this next gen with the PS5/XB2, if not, then maybe the PS6/XB3 gen. The first tech demo Square made using the character Agni could probably run on the PS4 @ 1080P30 (first demo ran at 1080P60 on a GTX 680). I think the biggest challenge would be to have this kind of fidelity in a larger scale game, rather than just 1 closed scene for a tech demo. I could see it in a linear game, but it'd probably be much harder for an open world game.
Imagine an open world fantasy game (maybe an RPG) with these kind of graphics. Imagine if it also had support for VR. Goodbye real world.
yeah for MP. thats it. and its not even good DLC. in fact it has damn near ruined factions.
like the dude, or girl, said by 2020 like whatwould we expect? i would like to see a sequel to TLOU and factions.
I will only be impressed with how for graphics have come till they get the human teeth right they always look so freaky
Playstation? Yeah, it's amazing.
But fucking hell, have a more of a time gap please.
That's probably heaven.
Look what games could look with what we have now. Until Dawn has some nice details on the clothes, MKX has some nice details on the clothes as well which makes it easy to identify with what material it's made up of.
I think 5 - 10 years is a safe estimate looking at how graphics has improved from the 90s era to now.
Sony isnt sure if there will be a PlayStation 5 at this point
PS5, are you kidding me? I haven't even gotten around to buying a PS4 yet!
