Have you ever watched Better Call Saul or Breaking Bad?
Have you ever watched Better Call Saul or Breaking Bad? Here is my Saul Goodman commercial I made up. I was driving while drinking a beer, eating a burritto, and smoking a cigarette. When my cigarette fell, I was trying to find it so that my balls would not catch on fire. That was when a son of a bitch walked in front of my car. Now I am in jail. I BETTER CALL SAUL!!

Im enjoying the series right now, breaking bad was great too.
I LOVED Breaking Bad! It is one of the best shows ever created. Better Call Saul, it's alright - the episodes with Mike are my favorites. Not quite as good as Breaking Bad, but still decent.
I haven't watched Breaking Bad but I am LOVING Better Call Saul. I just watched the fourth episode of season 2 and oh my god ow ow ow ow ow ow ow! I don't want to spoil anything for anyone interested and isn't up to date but episode four feels a lot more like season one than the others.
Are you gonna watch breaking bad afterwards ?
I watched all of Breaking Bad and absolutely loved it, but I haven't gotten around to Better Call Saul yet.
Love them both.
Only watched Breaking Bad... and what a waste of 60 odd hours. It may very well be the most overrated thing in the entire universe.
So no, I haven't watched Better Call Saul.
What didn't you like about it?
Well, hearing the constant rave reviews, and seeing it's the highest rated TV show on IMDB I expected something that blowed me away... and I didn't get it.
Paced like a tortoise, and not even in the character-building way (come the end, the only person I cared about, even in the slighest was Walt... and I'm not sure if you were even supposed to). What felt like every episode started with something so irrelevant and pretentious. Watching a bug for a few minutes, or an eye in a swimming pool for what seemed a thousand years. Yes, yes, I'm sure it's supposed to symbolize something or other, and I'm sure snobby critics had a field day with that stuff, but to me, that is not quality entertainment, and it is not intelligent storytelling.
So besides the terribly slow pacing, repetitive nature, irritatingly obnoxious openings, and the fact I cared little for anyone but Walt... there is also Jesse, who I liked for the first two Seasons, until he became a huge, whiny mess towards the second half. Constantly down. Constantly complaining. Constantly being dull and boring to watch and listen to. It was a sad transition; watching this interesting character who I liked become, one-dimensional and snooze-inducing as the series went on. I also didn't like Hank's underwhelming death scene.
In the end, I appreciate what it set out to do, and yes, it had it's moments. But more often than not, it was bang average, in my opinion. And to see it rated higher than shows like the Wire and Game of Thrones honestly sickens me.
I love both of them
Lol...
I watched the entire Breaking Bad series 2-3 times, never watched Better Call Saul though, I heard good things about it but I don't like prequels.
oh boy...
Watched Breaking Bad, GOAT television show just facts (kappa) , and im watching BCS and its amazing! already probably my favorite show on tv.
i was gonna comment on some things but ive seen not everyone has seen it or BrBa so i will not spoil anything.
Watched and am currently watching saul
Definitely, when I get the time for it.
Breaking Bad was brilliant. Probably won't watch Better Call Saul.
why?!?
I like Fargo.
Love them both. Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are awesome. I love how Better Call Saul has all these easter eggs from breaking bad in each episode. Mike is my favorite character. I consider it his show as much as Saul's
You could throw up a spoiler warning to discuss things
ehh yeah i could but sometimes, and i know from experience lol, sometimes the spoiler tag can be tempting so someone might click on it and see whats one it haha.
also kinda lazy...
Breaking bad is one of the best. Better Call Saul is pretty great so far but it's a slow burn that hasn't really paid off that much as far as big moments are concerned. I'm counting down the days until we get a three episode run like Half Measure, Full Measure, and Box Cutter.
I just don't really care enough to watch it.
I've only seen 3 episodes of Breaking Bad and none of Saul, but Odenkirk is the fucking MAN!
