Who needs hats when you can be an Assaultron? :D

Anyways, that really sucks. :/ I wish an Assaultron could wear a top hat.

Careful! he loses the ability to wear hats! even if you don't mod him, as soon as you put him in the workstation he will never be able to wear a hat again. I found this out the hard way.

Mothership Zeta was nice, it's the most under rated DLC made by Bethesda for any of it's games personally. Broken Steel Broke Fallout 3's balance and threw it right out the window and personally ruined the game, the quest/story was fine but adding +10 levels, and adding over powered NPC enemies which were considerably stronger often 2x-3x stronger than their nearest rivals ruined the free roam aspect of the game. Personally Zeta and Point Look out were the best DLC for Fallout 4 personally, The Pit was fine. Operation Anchorage, well.... I give it a thumbs up for trying to pretend to be a generic shooter.

That being said, Old World Blues, Dead Money for Fallout NV blew them all out of the water personally.

mothership zeta and broken steel are the best dlcs operation anchorage was pretty good but the glitches annoyed me

  • I just "VATs" one of their legs and walla.... helpless Assaultron. lol

I dread fighting assaultrons. Something about the way they charge you causes me to panic every single time. The great thing is, that was probably totally intentional.

Ya.... Sentry Bots are deadlier as heck. You can disable parts and they just keep coming unlike other robots. Disable it's legs with a few land mines.... ya not stopping a Sentry Bot it keeps coming, blast, blasting then clubbing with those giant arms. Sentry Bots... one of many reason I carry a 3 shot rocket launcher with double limb damage effect. lol

Sentry Bots are a bit deadlier because they fuckin explode once defeated.

i feel like Op Anch would've been great on the Fallout 4 engine. Fallout 3's gunplay simply wasn't tight enough to do it justice in my opinion.

  • That's really cool.

Looks like a cover you'd see on the New Yorker.

  • If you encounter a Dominator, he'll just keep crawling towards ya.

  • Oh they all do when you blow their legs off but they're easy pickings once they're crawling. You can easily run faster than they crawl. They lose about 90% of their combat effectiveness because speed/surprise is their greatest asset, once that is gone the Assaultrons are pure fodder.

They're you can say the Ninja of the Robots in the game. While Sentry Bots are the Rolling Tanks. One relies on surprise, speed and powerful attacks, other relies are pure brute force and it's tanky armor. Main reason I say the Sentry Bot is deadlier, but Assaultrons are only a bigger threat if they catch you off guard. To me the only real weakness of the Sentry Bot is that they're so huge, you can easily just take cover, squeeze through narrow passage ways and heck I played ring around a shed with one once. lol

If you encounter a Dominator, he'll just keep crawling towards ya.

  • Main reason I left Codsworth a Mr Handy. Just gave him a Laser instead of a flame thrower and a tad of extra armor he was actually missing.

Artist is Brilliant! Like the fact the Artist Interpretation of the female protagonist as an athletic girl instead of "Ideal" Sex symbol.

  • I don't generally like to use mods in my first playthrough unless it's something minor like cosmetics compared to actual major gameplay changes. Which reminds me, I finally bought Fallout 4.

  • Ah back to 100% achievements again. Took me like 2 hours to do lol

  • You can talk to the mechanist as the shroud if you wear the outfit! It's pretty cool

  • Did you know that you can avoid the entire final battle with the Mechanist?

  • After getting 400 Hours into Fallout 4 I decided to go back to Fallout 3 and Fallout NV to see if I can stomach playing them again. Sometimes playing a newer version of a game can make it difficult to enjoy older out dated versions. I decided to go ahead it use the Tale of Two Wasteland mods as it considerably helps Fallout 3 feel not so dated. I have to say playing Fallout 3 with Fallout NV's gameplay changes is an utter blast. Definitely the balance changes the mod does to Fallout 3. It is insanity being Super Mutants have high DT, so do Talon Company mercs... I'm like level 28 right now and I can officially declare that Hand Grenades are your best friend on Fallout Tale of Two Wastelands. Being enemies are literally spammed at you on Fallout 3, unlike NV which it was more casual combat wise but much harder per enemy than Fallout 3.

  • best way to defeat strong enemies is toget the perk robotics expertand either sneak up or charge at them and press the square button (on ps4) or whatever button you use and shut them down and make them self destruct

Did anyone notice Preston being the one fighting the Deathclaw? Nice nod to how people hate Preston. LOL

Hope that DLC is $1.99. If it isn't I might just pass. I mean Robots is one thing but... just a few cliche things that are not as good as much of the stuff modders have already added, is meh.. Hearthfire all over again.

  • Neat. Never made the RR into a settlement before. If I'm playing a non-settlement character, I'll usually use it as my base though.
