About uninstalling the games...
I play these Telltale Games on Steam. For instance...if I uninstall TWD S1 and try to play TWD S2 on my S1 save file, will my save file still be there? I need to know, if I uninstall ANY Telltale Game, will it still have my saved game? Oh, and any DLC I installed. Will it have the save data from the DLC, too?

You keep your save files in your "Documents" file.
I can almost guarantee not. I have never had save files remaining after uninstalling a Steam game. You can copy the save file folder "Telltale Games" in your Documents folder, save it to the desktop or usb, then uninstall the game and put the copied folder back in Documents. I believe that should work for importing.
