  If you have the Minecraft: Story Mode Season Pass disc, you can purchase the adventure pass from within the game itself (or through the store of the console which you run it on - ie: the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Marketplace). It might not be available to pre-purchase yet on your console, but it will be when it gets closer to release (episode 6 is not due out until this summer).

  If you purchase it from the Telltale store, it will just give you the Telltale store game for Windows and Mac, and will require the purchase of the Telltale store version of Minecraft: Story Mode to play it.
