Looks really awesome! Definitely can't wait for this!
I am so excited for this and all the other star wars movies! One movie every year is absolutely amazing.
I suspect there's no one quite as excited as me to see a Super Battle Droid in this trailer.
But everything looks awesome.
Trailer looks good, but not really excited for this movie. Gareth Edwards is directing it, which is great, but it's being written by Chris Weitz (Twilight, The Golden Compass) and Gary Whitta (After Earth, TWD S1 Around Every Corner), which has me a bit worried.
Another Death Star? That shit is getting mass produced. lol
But anyway, it looks interesting. At least we get to see how things go after the Emperor and Vader's death.

Actually, this is set shortly before A New Hope, that's the original Death Star you see in the trailer and they're trying to steal the plans, which is then given to Princess Leia, who puts them in R2-D2 to give to Obi-Wan, and we all know what happens after that.

I completely forgot about this one. I'm definitely excited for it and it's one of my must watch movies for this year, of which I don't really have a lot.
It's nice that they're splitting them up with the main trilogy and these anthology movies, and it is one of my fav eras in the Star Wars canon.
I really doubt Disney would let them fuck it up. Hopefully...

Disney did great with TFA, I loved that! So I don't really have any doubts about this movie
I'm so ready to see this film. Martial arts in a science fiction world has me sort of worried, BUT i'm sure i'll still love it. Especially if we get to see Vader on the big screen, again!

But the good news is that Christopher McQuarrie has rewrote the script. He wrote The Usual Suspects, Valkyrie, Edge of Tomorrow and Mission Impossible 5.
I disagree with Rey because I'm still pulling for her being a Kenobi. I would also put Darth Plaguies with Shmi since that was very heavily implied.
Looks absolutely brilliant. My number 1 most anticipated movie of 2016!
Felicity Jones looks great! Mon Mothma is back! Shadow Troopers! Forrest Whitaker! The Death Star! Vader! Emperor?!
Oh, and we haven't even seen Mads Mikkelsen yet.
Plus, Ben Mendelsohn looks like an intimidating villain who is definitely a Grand Admiral!

I haven't heard about this, but if its true, I just got way more interested in this movie. Mission Impossible 5 is my favorite movie in the Mission Impossible series, and while I never saw Edge of Tomorrow, I did hear a lot of good things about it.
Hmmmm, could be a nice alternative if she was Kenobi's grandchild, after all that would give us a nice plot thread for the rumoured Obi Wan Kenobi movie series...

The Kenobi film might even be starting a trilogy! And Yoda might also be getting his own film down the road. I'm also hoping Netflix could do a deal with Disney to do a few Star Wars series like they do with Marvel.

I was referring to the droid behind her near the start, though it might be the same droid and you don't see the head. Apparently Alan Tudyk is playing that droid. The body is very much like a Super Battle Droid's though so I wonder if she took a shell and augmented it?
Ah, I see. I think it is the same droid though, you can still see the color of it's armpits(?) even when behind her.
This looks fucking amazing. What a god damn time to be a Star Wars fan. Although, it is a prequel. And I think we all remember what happened the last time we got a prequel Star Wars film.

Edge of Tomorrow is one of the best action movies in recent years imo. If you're into sci fi at all it's worth a watch.

I think as long as characters don't start calling people angels or say whoopee everything time they blow stuff up I think we're good.
Disliked The Force Awakens but this looks damn awesome, reminds me of Empire Strikes Back.
Alright as terrible and cheesy as those lines of dialogues were, at least they are hilarious to look back on.

'Now THIS is podracing' and 'That's wizard' are the two cringiest lines in the prequels to me, along with the aforementioned 'Are you an angel?' and 'I don't like sand'
IGN were evil and teased something like it on April Fool's. But it's something I would love to see, especially if they focused on Bounty Hunters and Smugglers or something.
