Cannot get Telltale Tech Support to Respond

I am really unhappy with the response from tech support at Telltale Games.

When I was having trouble with Walking Dead bugs, they ignored most of my trouble
tickets, and took weeks to respond, if not longer.

I eventually solved the tech issues through my own efforts, and by the time they
got back to me, I had wasted hours of time troubleshooting on my own.

Now, I'm having problems with another Tell Tale Game, and the trouble ticket is already
collecting dust for several days.

Anyone know how I can get them to respond to me?

  • Twitter maybe? Trouble tickets in my experience get slow responses from every game company, i once got a response over a year later from one company.

  • Well they did reply, but now I have another problem.

    If you send an attachment to TellTale Games Support with the Support Tool File in it,
    will the email always bounce?

    I'm getting the email I sent to them bouncing back to me now, maybe they don't
    accept attachments?

  • I don't have experience with using Telltale Support, but I think that is fine. I think that just means that on top of them getting the Support Ticket sent, they are also showing you that they got the email by sending you an email as well with the message you sent.

  • Actually, it might have been a bug with my email, but who knows.

  • I've had problems with this in the past with the old support system I got great help which resulted with an update being released but now with the new system it takes forever to get a response

    Yes, I agree.

    With just about all the PC games I've played, the tech support responds within
    24 hours or less.

    From what I can tell, Telltale has just one person handling all the support requests.
