  • Best: Tales From the Borderlands

    Worst: Minecraft: Story Mode

    Movie/TV Series: Breaking Bad

  • i'd also like this MOVIE to be Telltalized

  • 1.) I really cant decide between Wolf Among Us, Walking Dead S1, and Tales from the Borderlands, I feel like they are equally Telltale's best

2.) Walking Dead Michonne. I think it might just be because its a mini series and I feel like the whole thing is going to fast without any character development.

3.) A Telltale Evil Dead could be some fun

    1. Tales of the Borderlands. Love the borderlands franchise. This was an amazing world for Telltale to add too and they succeeded.

    2. Game of Thrones. Just couldn't get into it at all.. Love the show though.

    3. hmmm not sure. It's hard to even think of something

    1. The Wolf Among Us
    2. Tales from the borderlands (and if they release any Marvel/DC garbage)
    3. Fallout(?) pls
  • You just said you want Telltale to stop making new franchises and stick the "the original 4." Now you're asking them to make a Fallout game?

    * The Wolf Among Us * Tales from the borderlands (and if they release any Marvel/DC garbage) * Fallout(?) pls

    1. Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse
    2. Bone
    3. I really don't know. I would love to see them work with horror though.
  • Logic.

    1. TWD S2. First game to make me cry.

    2. Minecraft. Hard to get into and very buggy.

Best: Tales from the Borderlands (Story, Characters, Soundtracks, Humor etc.)

Worst: Game of Thrones (Not much fan of this franchise)

    1. Tales from the Borderlands. Great soundtrack, great characters, overall great game.
    2. Minecraft Story Mode. It's not because it's Minecraft, it's because I've been watching gameplays on youtube and I really can't get into it.

Me neither, watched some gameplay and it really didn't impress me, I tried to like it but it just wasn't happening. Might buy it when all the episodes come out but I'm not really sure.

  • You may not like episode 1-4 but episode 5 is the best one.

Minecraft Story Mode. It's not because it's Minecraft, it's because I've been watching gameplays on youtube and I really can't get into it.

  • Best: Sam & Max: Save the World. Might be looking through nostalgia tinted glasses but it's still my favorite one to this day, it just felt so S&M, like the comics y'know? The last season didn't feel like that, and the toys of power plot was shoved in your throat every 2 minutes.

Worst: Game of Thrones: A Telltale Game Series. Everybody and their mother knows I didn't like this game by now. I'm a bit disappointed it's getting a second season despite it being so mediocre.

  • Best : Tales From The Borderlands, good humour, memorable characters, interesting storyline and one of the best endings to a Telltale game since TWD S1. It just ends on such a happy note!

Worst: Probably Jurassic Parks. It's boring, really. And I just don't like it. At all.

Best Honorable Mention: I've only recently started playing it, but oh, isn't Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People amazing! It's goddamn hilarious and some of the puzzles aren't actually quite obvious, it's like Sam & Max for older kids, since there are sexual jokes.

Worst Honorable Mention: Game of Thrones. It's just meh, for modern Telltale's standards. They took the rule of GoT where anyone can die too seriously.

  • Yeah, I gave up after 4 since I really couldn't be bothered watching it anymore.

Minecraft Story Mode. It's not because it's Minecraft, it's because I've been watching gameplays on youtube and I really can't get into it.

  • Did you try watching episode 5? Because it's the best one

I'm going to name the best in 2 parts A for story driven games and B for puzzle driven games.

1A The Walking Dead Season 2 because Clementine became so awesome in that.

1B Tales from Monkey Island because it was a great revival, very funny and good puzzles.

.2 Jurassic Park, easily. That game was just terrible, so clunky and so many QTEs.

    .3 Star Trek.

  • I haven't played the last 4 games, but I don't see how Jurassic Park can not be the worst game they've made. We had a solid year of debating whether or not it was even a "game". Telltale even changed their own terminology on it after the kerfuffle. I'm sure people worked hard on it, but it unfortunately didn't work. The story wasn't very good(shoehorning your story within another story is never a good idea to begin with), the little gameplay wasn't very good, and the what? 2 puzzles, weren't very good(One was easy and the other was poorly conveyed and came down to guessing for most people).

    1. Tales from The Borderlands. I think, for me, it has everything I want. The humour, the style, the ambiance, it's just perfect.

    2. Minecraft or GoT

Minecraft, because I just couldn't play. It was so boring that I stopped playing before the end of the first episode. The dialogues weren't that good and, what bothered me more : the lips (when the character are talking it just doesn't feel right)

GoT is a little bit less worst. It's fine but I feel it's "empty", like there's missing something, I don't know what it is but I can just feel it while playing the game. I'm not excited for S2 but I would like to know what happens next.

  • Best: Either Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series or Tales From the Borderlands. I just can't pick between those two. I really like both and they have almost everything I want in a game. Can't wait for the 2nd Season of GoT, but I'd also like a Season 2 of Tales, too. :\

Worst: Minecraft: Story Mode or The Wolf Among Us. I honestly hated those two. I hated Minecraft: Story Mode cause of the 'Life is Strange' lip syncing of it, the art style, the voice acting (yep, the first Telltale game that it has mediocre voice acting, at least for me) and a bit cause of the characters. I didn't like many of them, and I just ended up not caring for anyone. And, also, I hated The Wolf Among Us cause I just couldn't get into it. I honestly hated the story and also didn't like any of the characters, except Bloody Mary (really, out of all characters, she's the only one I actually liked in TWAU). It's just not for my taste, and it was more like 'ayy lmao' for me in the 'wtf moments' (like Snow's "death" in episode 1).

Best: The Walking Dead Season 1. Not only one of my favorite video games, but one of my favorite stories from any medium. No game has ever made me feel so invested in its characters.

Worst: Jurassic Park, by a wide margin. Boring story, horrific QTEs, basically nothing to like about this game. Just atrocious from start to finish.

Honorable mention: The Sam & Max games are just great. In terms of gameplay, I liked them way more than The Walking Dead, and they're just so damned charming and funny.

  • i thought so too, but there were many back then that say TWAU was better during it's release. i still dk if it's still the case. but i see in this thread only a few consider TWAU as the best TT game

You've played Devil's Playhouse? That's neat - I don't see a lot of the modern Telltale fans going back and playing the older titles, so it's neat to see what the modern fans think of those with a new perspective. As for me, it's my favorite classic-Era Telltale title hands down!

  • Best: Game of Thrones. I loved its characters, and all the challenging choices. I love the GoT universe. I love everything about it, and for me, it wins by a landslide.

Worst: Tales From the Borderlands. It just did nothing for me. Asinine characters. Repetitive plot. Cheap laughs that take precedence over weaving a complex story, and no choices that were challenging, either intellectually or morally.

  • Yeah, I've been a long fan of telltale, not many people know that about me

Best: Sam and Max: The Devil's Playhouse You've played Devil's Playhouse? That's neat - I don't see a lot of the modern Telltale fan

  • Oh, that's neat! Yeah, I think there are some gems from the older games as well. Wallace and Gromit was another old title I also liked, but they don't sell that one anymore.

(But nervous, for past experiseed). Even more so that telltale order games has bitter sound there newer games sense walking dead season 1 is not as good, on laptops. that i have to ware headphones to hire the game.
SAM & max season 3 had debug mode to but item sallact and change rooms got removed or not found, quite disappointing.

i played about 1000 hours on every SAM & max season 1,2 even 3 per episode. I played so mach SAM & max games is how cestmable also debug mode it is compared to walking dead season 1 and above. I which where reten returned. but wont, for instance. If you do alt control shift D and double click on down gear ican is 1 out of 3 G.O.D mods. in SAM & max. even press esc tune alt control shift d and click once on quit for bone 1 $ 2 has Room salite 1 out of 4 G.O.D Mods.

worst game ever is The Walking dead season 2

  • Best: It is a tie between Jurassic Park and Game of Thrones for me.

Worst: The Wolf Among Us, sorry but the game never real stuck with me.

  • Have you played the Strong Bad game? It's so darn funny and clever and the puzzles are hard :P

Oh, that's neat! Yeah, I think there are some gems from the older games as well. Wallace and Gromit was another old title I also liked, but they don't sell that one anymore.

  • Best: Tie between TWD S1 and GOT.

    Worst: MC:SM
