"My best friends are gay, I got nothing against gay people", and then you proceed to say that they shouldn't have the right to be happily married because marriage is a "sacred tradition that is on the basis of a man and woman", makes no sense and you know it. If you're okay with gay people then why aren't you okay with them having the right of being married?
Edited it a bit since it came across as a bit attacking in the first draft.
When did I say that? Gays are fine by me, I've got gay friends, gay aunties. Some of the coolest people I know. I just don't believe that a … moretradition spanning thousands of years can be changed at an instant by a few people in parliiment and votes. Marriage is a sacred thing that is on the basis of man, woman and procreation.
I believe their should be some 'union' a gay couple can have so they get all the benefits of marriage, but I don't agree with the term. Might not be a big deal to you but I know many who share the same thoughts as me.
It's hard to explain, I should've wrote more in the original comment I had a feeling it would be taken out of context.
Respecting tradition and my beliefs doesn't make me against gays. We're all different and have different views on this. It makes perfect sense.
If I hadn't said I had gay friends would it have changed your response? It doesn't matter either way, these are my thoughts and I'm sharing them.

Beliefs? Is this about religion? If it is I don't think there's any discussion to be had here then, if a book full of ignorance can control your views on things then there's not much to discuss here, but I'd better stop before I say something I'll regret.

Book or no book. Irrelevant. It doesn't control my views at all and I never mentioned it, even if so, that's disregarding my own background just because yours is different. Not really a right or wrong here, and I understand why you'd feel so strongly about what I'm saying.
You're right though, stopping here, our thoughts on this differ to strongly for any normal conversation to work...but I accept your views, have a good one.

This is exactly what I was thinking.
I just don't believe that a tradition spanning thousands of years can be changed at an instant by a few people in parliiment and votes.
I hate to break it to you but legalising same-sex marriage didn't just happen "at an instant". It's ignorant for you to think that.

OP do you prefer the Spider-Man trilogy with Tobey McGuire or the remake?
I think I'm in a minority to say the originals are 10x better. I liked S3 also.
" It's quite sad how people are against the thought of two people being happy and being in love with each other."
* So WHAT? It's his belief. Ever heard FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND FREEDOM OF BELIEF?
* Tyrion is the worst character in Game of Thrones
* Fallout New Vegas is the most overrated game of all time.
* Feminism should die
* Sk… moreyrim was shit
* Demon's Souls is one of the best games of all time
* The Walking Dead TV show is shit and most of the acting sucks.
* Tekken is better than Street Fighter
* I don't mind the yearly Call of Duty releases. Black Ops 3 looks actually pretty freakin' fun.
* Metal Gear Solid 2 is the best game in the series.
* Steven Universe is the best modern cartoon
* Pokemon X is the best game in the series
I hope you understand it isn't what I meant. Cheesy as it sounds, love is universal and gays can share it too, marriage is only one thing I disagree with in the huge spectrum of the topic. I honestly mean no offence...touchy subject I guess.
But hey...I think this thread is destined for this type of stuff haha. It is about unpopular opinions.

if you see more posts about it that doesn't really mean it's a popular opinion (well really, it depends what site you browse, if you said that on Buzfeed for example, you'd get a storm of people insulting you). If I stepped outside and told a random person how I feel about feminism, i'd probably get slapped. The thread title also says "makes you feel like you're in the minority" I felt like I was in the minority with said opinion, so I said it.
Yeah there's really no difference except that if they're illegal they're in higher demand. Having them illegal just makes them pricier and in turn ruins more lives.
True, but weed definitely isn't as harmful as heroin or cocaine. I'm all for legalizing weed, since it's mostly used for relaxing but I don't understand the others.

The Walking Dead TV show bores me. Some of the characters are so bland and the drama just drags out.
I like Lily and Jane from the game, despite the things they did, I felt they were good characters.
The Cabin Group (sans Carlos) earned my respect, sure they weren't a perfect survivor group, but they did the best they could.
I HATE, HATE, HATE Nickelodeon's SpongeBob Squarepants & The Fairly Odd Parents, to the network they are the golden geese.
I never liked Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The Resident Evil movies (sans the CG animated ones) are a waste of time. Milla Jovovich = Mary Sue much? (RE game fan FYI)
Nick's Penguins of Madagascar was one of their best shows EVER.
I Loathe Cartoon Network, especially for not giving Sym-Bionic Titan a fair chance.
Teletoon's Stoked I feel was cut too short.
With Marvel and Lucasfilm's future installments, I fear Disney may become unstoppable superpower, like Buy N Large from WALL-E.
i prefer Predator 2 & Predators over Alien3 and Alien Resurrection.
Dreamworks Monsters VS Aliens was for me like others for Shrek, Kung Fu Panda or How To Train Your Dragon, and feel it wasn't given much respect despite having potential.
I scowl at anything of Disney's Frozen.
I feel I've outgrown the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the X-Men films I still hold in high regard (X1, X2, X: FC, X: DOFP)
Stuart Snyder and Tom Rothman are two names I will curse forever more.
I prefer Quantic Dream's Farenheit over Heavy Rain.
I like Ghostbusters 2 over the original.
Of the color yellow, I will always think Minions over Squarepants and the Simpsons.
I loathe the works of Seth McFarlane (HOW are they still on the air?)
Matt Groening's works are EXTREMELY overrated.
Aside from the classic Transformers cartoon, my next fav is Transformers: Prime, which I feel had more to tell.
My favorite of the Jurassic Park movies is Jurassic World.
Wreck It Ralph BETTER than Big Hero 6.
Stooges (Moe, Larry, Curly and Shemp) still funniest than most modern humor.
I feel Marvel comics have become bloated and no longer interesting.
I like Stan Lee Presents Mosaic, felt it had much potential to become a series.
Nick isn't giving Miraculous Ladybug proper respect (good modern animation).
I hate DC comics, especially Flashpoint, for prematurely canceling Keith Giffin's Doom Patrol and Stephanie Brown no longer Batgirl (that hurt).
I will always hate network executives for their questionable decisions.
And I believe Disney Princesses are SEVERELY OVERRATED! Give us more independent, better females who will make better role models for girls. Plus who don't always need a guy to make their lives complete.
Plus, feminism needs to be taken down a few pegs. More female heroes.
Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney, Marvel and DC, you have my eternal scorn.
I liked The Walking Dead Survival Instinct. I don't need to say much of how close to the minority I am in this one.
I also happen to like EVERY Resident Evil game and movie to date, that includes Gaiden (Gameboy Colour game), ORC, 4, 5, 6, live action movies, and so on. Resident Evil fanboy at heart.
I actually like Batman V Superman despite my criticisms towards it.
The drug war was started as a bludgeon against African Americans (especially entertainers) and Chinese immigrants,it was never meant to protect public health. Everything about the way we "fight" drugs further reinforces patterns of drug abuse. The drug war has turned our cities into war zones and our police into a hostile, occupying force.
I've seen lives destroyed by drugs, but they pale in comparison to the lives destroyed by the so-called "War on Drugs".
I believe I have a good portion:

Yeah, unfortunately it probably won't happen because America is a police-state and the War on Drugs keeps Law Enforcement budgets nice and big (another institution I'm not very fond of).
There's also rather convincing arguments that the CIA is involved with drugs somehow, though I'm not inclined to jump to conclusions.
Yeah there's really no difference except that if they're illegal they're in higher demand. Having them illegal just makes them pricier and in turn ruins more lives.
I don't know about that, too much potential for high-driving in my opinion. I think that mom & pop smoke shops and marijuana bars would be a better idea.
Also, people addicted to heroin should be perscribed medically exact doses by a doctor and slowly weened off with help from treatment counsellors and mental health professionals. A lot of drug abuse is a products of mental illness or childhood trauma, so that would be a good place to start.
Weed specifically is not like any other drug (if it even can be considered as one), making weed illegal harms the government before the people economically wise. As for high-driving, read this article

* My favourite Star Wars movie is Revenge of the Sith.

* Sarah is my favourite character in TWD S2.
* I love horror games.
* My most hated character from Until Dawn is Mike.
* My least favourite protagonist of all Telltale games is Mira Forrester.
* I'm not much interested in Telltale's Batman, but I'll definetly play it.
* Life is Strange is one of the worst games I've played in 2015.
* Uncharted 2 Among Thieves is the best one of the series IMO until the release of Uncharted 4.
* I still like InFamous 2 more than InFamous Second Son.

I understand. Read my reply beneath, i should've explained a bit in my original comment.
Disagree with you but I respect you for saying it. Most people would be afraid to due to backlash.

I'm sorry
It's okay!
Isn't this thread for unpopular opinions? I see way more anti-feminist posts than feminist posts.

Thanks mate.
Isn't that a popular opinion? That show is great, I don't see anyone bashing it.

What with the shitty fanbase a lot more people have been hating on the show, so I thought it was unpopular.
I think all drugs should be decriminalized.
Even the harmful ones?
Yeah, weed should be sold in supermarkets, just like cigarettes.
Yeah there's really no difference except that if they're illegal they're in higher demand. Having them illegal just makes them pricier and in turn ruins more lives.
Mostly all drugs are harmful due to their addictive nature.
True, but weed definitely isn't as harmful as heroin or cocaine. I'm all for legalizing weed, since it's mostly used for relaxing but I don't understand the others.
I really don't think that would happen, most people aren't feminists :P

I would tell you, but I would have to worry about car bombs for the rest of my life, and No i'm not talking about Muslim terrorist.
But Wreck it Ralph was better... who would say otherwise?

I agree with you about heroin though.
NVM
Me too. To hell with him and his plot armor and over usage. Josh and Chris were the best in that game imo
