Which Spider-Man movies do you think are better? Sam Raimi or Marc Webb?
I prefer Sam Raimi. I just think that Raimi's movies have better story. IMO, Marc Webb's movies are good, but they're just a reboot.

Sam Raimi definitely. Spider-Man 2 still remains as one of my favourite movies of all time.
I like the Marc Webb movies too but they're not as amazing.
I much prefer the amazing spiderman. Super annoyed that it was rebooted so soon.
Sam Raimi's, of course. Marc Webb's are good but I hate the Amazing Spiderman games so much.
I liked the first Webb's movie, but not the second. Wasn't a big fan of Raimi's Spiderman 3, but I definitely liked the rest, so, yeah, Raimi all the way.
So do I, LOL. But the only reason I hate them is because it has WAY too many plotholes to the movies.
EDIT: If you wanna play a Spider-Man game, play Web of Shadows.
Hell yeah I did. It's my favourite spiderman game of all the time. Too bad the sequel was cancelled because it didn't get too much attention.
Ikr? Loved that game.
Raimi all the way, hell, I like Spiderman 3 even though it's so bad, its fun to laugh at. While the other 2 movies are just awesome and I love how corny they are.
Raimi because he managed to complete a full trilogy and not be shut down by Marvel after the second movie
Spider man, marc webb, spider web- coincidence?!?
I prefer Sam Raimi's movies but I prefer Andrew Garfield (he's a total hottie who nails the personality of Spidey) to Tobey McGuire (looks too old and he's a little to subdued as Spidey, decent Peter though).
Godammit.
Who can forget,
I prefer Andrew garfield as spider-man, however Raimi's movies are much better.
Same.
Sam Raimi's without a doubt. I also preferred Tobey McGuire as Spider-Man, he really nailed the role imo. Spider-Man wasn't just a great superhero movie but a great movie as well, I give props for that.
How can you compete with this:
Nah but seriously I prefer the reboot, probably because Gwen is a 100% better love interest than Mary Jane. Mary is literally a typical damsel in distress, it ceases to amaze me how incompetent she is, Gwen was a badass straight up.
I actually prefer The Amazing Spiderman movies. Andrew Garfield is a cutie and his chemistry with Emma Stone was really sweet.
The ones with Tobey Maguire. I felt that he had a better Supporting Cast, with such actors like Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, James Franco, Cliff Robertson, Kirsten Dunst, Rosemary Harris, Thomas Haden Church, and J.K Simmons.
Webb's movies were shut down? I didn't know that...
Preferred the Raimi movies overall but other than Jameson and Doc Ock I preferred literally all of the cast of TASM more. I especially couldn't stand Tobey Maguire. I far preferred Andrew Garfield over him. And in saying that, I far prefer Tom Holland over both of them.
You do that in public, be prepared for awkward looks, and if a cop sees that, be prepared to be hauled away in bracelets that connect.
Marc Webb. The story may not be the best, but it correctly portrays Spider-Man, has fantastic CGI and doesn't have Tobey Maguire. Although, I've gotta say, Neil Patrick Harris is the best Spider-Man.

Shit was my childhood man.
Yeah no, a cop would have 0 right to take you away for something so trivial.
Meh, Web of Shadows was okay, but the PS2/Xbox games were the best.
Raimi trilogy is simply the better one in my eyes. It took a lot of liberties but still it was Spider-Man, no doubt about it. Tobey was amazing. All of the villians portrayed (except Venom) were nicely written (they were unforgettable) and their motives weren't stupid. Spider-Man 2 is absolutely the best superhero movie of all time. Amazing Spider-Man was decent, but it was extremely forgettable. Amazing Spider-Man 2 robbed me. I can't believe it. They took Spider-Man, my favourite character, and pissed all over him. April 26th 2014, the day I lost any respect I had for Sony Pictures.
I to did not care for the reboot of the Spider-Man franchise. personally, I think that Andrew Garfield was not right for the roll, and plus given the fact that they had already done this type of story with Tobey Maguire, just over a decade ago, it just felt way too familiar.
It honestly didn't feel like there was anything new, but rather just a poor attempt to try to squeeze as much money as they could out of it.
I honestly think they could have made a Spider-Man 4, with Maguire, and that it would've been great.
A Villain that they could have introduced in the fourth film, provided that they had actually made it, would have been Kraven the Hunter.
i prefer the Amazing movies. Andrew Garfield was Perfect as Spiderman, and, although I loved them when they were released, the original trilogy hasn't aged very well (they're still decent though).
