Good Games to Play?

I need some games to play. Don't mention Rockstar, and obviously telltale.

Graphics cant be too amazing, nothing further than Bully for a Open world game.

Nothing higher than Telltale for a adventure game.

Give your suggestions!

Here are some adventure games that aren't too demanding graphically

    • 1979 Revolution
    • The Descendant
    • To The Moon
    • Firewatch
    • Life Is Strange

Telltale games actually have higher system requirements than Bully, if I'm not mistaken.

  • Dark Souls is a good game where you have to git good.

  • If you have a PS4, play Uncharted series or The Last of Us.

    I'd recommend

    • To The Moon (PC only)
    • Ace Attorney (the full series) (Nintendo DS or 3DS as well as some on Wii, can emulate them on your computer if you have to)
    • Danganronpa (full series as well) (PC or Vita)
  • PC games

    • Half-Life series
    • Amnesia: The Dark Descent (do not buy A Machine for Pigs. It sucks.)
    • BioShock 1 (don't buy 2, it sucks. But buy Infinite if you want better story first (don't buy any DLC for Infinite until you finish 1))

    Console games

    • Uncharted trilogy
    • The Last of Us
    • Heavy Rain
    • Until Dawn

    That's pretty much it LOOL

  • BioShock 1 (don't buy 2, it sucks.

  • I'm guessing you only have a PC and having no idea what genres you like here is my shot in the dark of suggestions:

    Adventure

    • Riven
    • Flight of The Amazon Queen
    • Beneath a Steel Sky
    • The Journey Down Chapter 1 and 2
    • Syberia 1 and 2
    • Portal 1 and 2 (these are more puzzle games and I don't know if your computer can run it.)

    Real Time Strategy

    • Star Craft
    • Star Craft Brood War
    • Warcraft 1,2 and 3 + Frozen Throne
  • I'm currently playing Dragon Age: Inquisition and I'm really enjoying it.

    Life is strange

    Beyond two souls

    Any god of war game

    The last of us

    Until dawn

    Danganronpa

  • Duck Hunt.

  • Sorry, but I just didn't like it.

  • Tomb Raider Reboots, The mass effect series, Danganronpa, Persona 4 Golden. You haven't lived till you played those games

  • This is the true game of the year.

    Duck Hunt.

  • There is a German adventure game studio named Daedalic Entertainment that I personally find the best next to Telltale. If you want to try out some of their games, I recommend the Deponia series. It's a cartoon, so it doesn't really require a lot out of your computer, but it makes up for it with creativity and humor. I definitely think it's worth checking out.

  • Don't buy Firewatch until it goes on sale. Don't get me wrong it's a great game, but it's only 2 and a half hours long and isn't really worth 20 dollars.

  • Depends on what kind of games you like.

Personally, Dragon Age: Origins and Half-Life 2 are two of my favourite games.

    1. Fallout 3 ( get goty )
    2. Fallout : New Vegas
    3. Fallout 4
    4. The Witcher 3

    Great game.

  • Brothers in Arms

  • Well, if you haven't yet, definitley play the Mass Effect trilogy. It's one of the best gaming series ever made. And don't be scared away by the horrid gameplay and graphics of the first one. Mass Effect 2 and 3 are much better in almost all aspects.

  • Yeah I never realized how bad mass effect 1's graphics were till I went back and played it after ME3 lol. The graphics aren't awful really, but they have this weird fuzziness to it. Also the voice acting of Mass effect 1 was awful compared to the rest of the series, but everyone got better as the series went on. Still an awesome game though

  • Yeah, it's still an OK game, but I have to say that ME1 is by far my least favourite Mass Effect game. I like everything better in the later games: graphics, gameplay, VA, story, crew, P/R interrupts...just everything. I think the hate for 3 is blown way out of proportion, the ending wasn't great, but it's my favourite of the series nonetheless.

  • What about some open world games.

Or adventure games with drama like got

    Duck Hunt.

  • If you haven't played them, I'd definitely recommend the Gabriel Knight series. They're available on gog.

  • I actually would like the first one the best if it didn't involve so many hours of driving, a horrible autosave and the low-res console graphics. I have no idea why they did the latter. Did Bioware think it looked better than the jerkiness of KOTOR? I sure don't. That high-level ending though. So well done. Still one of my favourite scenes in the series even if it did make just as little logical sense as people falling for you by just being overly nice to them.

  • I'd recommend BattleBlock theater.

  • Personally wish it was more story driven.

    Brothers in Arms

  • Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. I'd recommend Fallout 4, too, but I don't think it'll run well on your PC ;P

  • Silent Hill 3: This is a fantastic game. Lovely horror elements, fantastic story, very atmospheric, amazing music. Definitely the best horror game of all time. It's on PS2, Xbox and PC. I'd check it out if I were you! Just don't play the HD Remake, that version is terrible.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: Super duper fun Zelda game, fixes on all the mistakes Ocarina of Time made, it's beautiful, has an amazing story and if you want to 100% the game, it'll give you a good 120 hours of gametime! It's on the Gamecube and Wii, but recently a Wii U Remake came out.

Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory: All three of them are amazing stealth games and a pinnacle of the third person shooter genre! Even if you don't love stealth games, these will definitely draw you in! The first game is on the Xbox, PC, PS2 and Gamecube, as are the second and third games. And there's an HD Remaster of it for PS3, and it's just as amazing! (Double Agent and Conviction are pretty good too, but nothing beats the originals)

As for anything else, Jak & Daxter, Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill 2 and Sleeping Dogs are all pretty good ones.
