It depends on the individual and what their personal style is, no hipster shit, never pair a beard with a top-knot.

Lol my beard is almost the same as this picture, not that extreme on the neck though. I call it the "I am too lazy to shave" beard.
In general, I like beards, but not everyone is capable of growing them. I would love to grow one, but mine basically looks like Sidney Crosby's playoff beard. IE, gross and uneven looking.
I think its cute, I like the little beards samurai sometimes have, its better that full on body hair like a fuzzy onesie.

Although, as with Crosby, I have little hair on my cheeks. I can grow a mean goatee though. I'm partial to the Anchor myself.
