"Unable to access community content"

I was unable to autoactivate ToMI by logging in from the launcher or by providing serial. I had to do a manual unlock.
Furthermore, I do not see community content in the launcher - I get "unable to access community content" message. I think that these two things are related.
Can someone help me troubleshoot the problem? I already tried disabling antivirus and firewall.
I have a router - are there any specific ports that need to be open?

I'm seeing the same issue. This is recent for me. I had no problem activating episodes 1 - 3 but 4 and 5 are not activating. I can't get to the website on the machine either. I can get to every other website just fine. No other connectivity problems at all, but I can't access TellTaleGames.com at all. I've verified my Hosts file, checked my firewall, flushed my DNS resolver cache... the only thing I can think of which was done is Comcast ran a broadband tweak on my machine because I was only getting half of my throughput. Perhaps the Telltale server isn't compatible with the larger frame size or the MTU. Any help from support would be appreciated.

SOLVED - Steam was blocking Telltale on my machine. I have NO idea how or why. But Steam was apparently proxying all TellTale traffic and was preventing registration. Shutting steam down fixed the issue (these episodes were purchased from the site, not from Steam).

I am just curious, is this reproducible? Does it stop working again once you start steam?
