The Star Paladin one always ticked me off. She's so buggy! When I tell her to wait, there's no option to say follow me. When I tell her to use ranged weapons, she uses a freaking hammer. When I tried to get her to follow me after clearing a factory, she disappeared and took the extra baggage I lent her! I later found sitting on a couch in the Citadel.
Well, here's my new list:
* Ship wars.
* Fallout 3 companions (except Fawkes, he's alright).
* My Ancient Greek professor.
* Spongeb… moreob Squarepants and Patrick.
* Every time when someone stays in my way for a long time.
* People that rage/scream in voice chat, especially in games. Cough CS:GO cough.
* The Minecraft: Story Mode Roleplaying thread.
Will probably add more later.
When people say "kill yourself" (in a serious way). Not to me but to other people who just states an opinion, especially on youtube. Having tried to help people through their suicidal days, nothing makes me want to strangle a person more than that.
Saying that makes you no better than the people who harassed that one fan artist with the whole Steven Universe incident.

Honestly, I never had bugs with my companions. But the thing that makes me pissed about all of the Fallout 3 companions is that they don't have personalities. They are supposed to help the Lone Wanderer to his mission of finding his/her father and activate Project Purity. But... I almost don't know shit about their lives and I can't give a fuck about them. If they at least had a personal quest that made me know more about them and give me a reason to care about them, then I wouldn't be pissed at the Fallout 3 companions. The only reason I get them is because I need extra protection. And it's one of the main reasons why I can't bring myself to replay Fallout 3. At least I'm glad that the companions in Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 4 have personalities and make me give at least a single fuck about them.

True, there's hardly any story to the companions except maybe a little backstory. But I just love Dogmeat and Fawkes, there my best buds and always try to protect them if they're in danger. I haven't found a companion in NV yet but seeing FO4's companions, I just love that they broadened the experience in having one.
And it's one of the main reasons why I can't bring myself to replay Fallout 3.
For me it's that my game freezes after a number of hours. It's really off putting when you forget to save after a certain amount of completion. I think once I finish all the DLC storylines I won't play it for several years.

Yeah, that's good ol' Fallout for ya. Honestly, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas' engine was bad in terms of optimization, even though I run both of them on 30 FPS with Medium/Large graphic settings. I honestly get too many crashes and they piss me off a lot and they started making me not replaying those two games at all. I still love them, though.
