Apparently it's somewhat like Star Wars 1313 and Uncharted. According to Jade Raymond, formely from Ubisoft, now also working at Visceral, the game is ground breaking. We'll see in 2 years. Perhaps they'll tease something at this year's E3.

After all, I don't think they want the player's XBO (assuming it's an Xbox console exclusive, like 1 and 3) to self destruct if there are way too many zombies for it to handle... unless they go with some kind of cloud tech to increase the zombie count to wtf levels of insanity. Like what the new Crackdown is using for its multiplayer mode, in order to allow everything to be destructible. Then again, that'd only be for a multiplayer mode.

The character models, especially the faces, are probably what has aged the worst in Oblivion (graphically).
