    Well, they do seem to be hinting at something - Go to the new game page for the Minecraft Adventure Pass DLC, and read the Episode description for Episode 8.

    Either it's an intentional new feature or a glitch because of the update. Either way, I'm not entirely sure. This just seems to be a case of wait and see.
