    Last Remnant

various games with strategy/simulation elements I can think of now

Nothing really comes close if you love airplanes. More love goes into each airplane on this simulation than I think some companies put into whole games. So I present, a flying lawnmower.

  • Simulation Games:

    1.Doom
    2. Star Craft II
    3. Rainbow Six Siege
    4. Mindcraft
    5. Starwars Battlefront

    Political:

    1. Democracy
      2.Rulers of Nations
  • unless I am mistaken the question was which games are both simulators and strategy games

Says Simulation/Strategy that doesn't mean they have to be both. Not sure anyways.

Also air combat is a strategy game. Takes considerable brains vs bronze. I mean go into something like War Thunder whether in a plane or a tank and try to treat it like say Battlefield and you're dead...

  • Have you tried Portal 1 or 2 yet? Not necessarily a strategic game but definitely worth taking a look at.

Hearts of Iron IV. Although the gameplay is quite simplistic on grand strategy standards.

  • how are those simulators?
