Overrated movies thread.
Since there's an underrated movies thread, I've decided to make an overrated movie thread.
I think Cabin in the Woods is overrated. It was scary at first, but by the end of the movie, it just seemed like a remake of Goosebumps.

The most overrated imo is The Lion King. People swear by this movie saying it's the best Disney film of all time but I disagree. It was mediocre at best.
Its supposedly Disney's first original story but its a rip off of kimba the white lion crossed with hamlet

The Lion King is a good movie, but... Eh... It had good scenes, a good twist, but I don't obsess over it being the best Disney movie ever.
Frozen is also a good movie. I felt like most of the songs didn't add jackshit to the movie other than feeling distracting. (A example, when they just start fucking singing when they get to the ice castle.) Olaf could of been cut from the entire movie if you ask me.
Suicide squad because of all the kiddies defending it.
