E-Corp is the massive conglomerate company in Mr. Robot that the main cast basically want to destroy. 'Evil-Corp' is just the name that those against the company call it in the show.
Should I assume that E-corp is a fake corporation and this is just some creative marketing towards their upcoming new title?
Something fe… moreels off about this. It's almost like Skynet stuff. Plus I doubt businessmen have balls to name their new company as "Evil Corp."
Night School Studio who made Oxenfree also retweeted this and are followed by and follow that account so i don't think Telltale are planning on making a series but it's still interesting.

They also posted it on Facebook and I looks like it is some sort of app.
Coming August 17th, the new E Corp Messaging App for your iOS or Android Mobile device! Follow @ecorpmessaging on twitter for more details. Together, we can connect the world...
Yeah, Im assuming they are going to be doing something related, but maybe not a series.
I mean the show isnt even a year old, it be kinda overall risky and not the smartest move to start make a full on game for it.
Certainly some interesting news to log onto, for sure. Since Ozzy mentioned that Oxenfree's developers are also retweeting this, I wonder what's going on since at this point I doubt it is a Telltale series announcement.

Seriously, though, very excited to see what's going on here. Even if it's not a full game, it's still two of my favorite things ( Telltale / Mr. Robot ) coming together.
Well, looks like everyone who was disappointed that the Minecraft PAMA teasers were not teasing something related to Mr. Robot ended up getting their wish anyways.

I'm thinking that the teasers we got today are it, and that we might get a more beefy teaser and/or some actual info later towards the end of this week.
Mr. Robot revolves around a man named Elliot Alderson who has mental issues and drug abuse. He works for cybersecurity firm who is associated with E Corp. He discovers a hacking group named F society and eventually joins them and meets the leader, Mr. Robot.

Well, if the ecorpmessaging Twitter account has that blue check mark, that means Twitter has verified that it is a completely legitimate real company, so it clearly can't be related to any game.
Unless Twitter is in on it? Nah, that couldn't happen.
If you look at the account info, you'll see they link to the website for the show Mr. Robot. So, I'm guessing it's a promotional account that Twitter verified.

I'm really excited for a possible Mr. Robot from Telltale, but I'm not too sure if it's part of their usual teasing. (I mean, like you guys said, the Oxenfree guys retweeted it too, so that can't be right.)
Night School Studios just made the game Oxenfree, with Erin Yvette (Sasha, Snow White) and Gavin Hammon (Kenny). It was created by Adam Hines, a former writer at Telltale who worked on TWAU and TFTBL.

What, so it is going to be a Mr Robot game...
SERIOUSLY
YES
Maybe Telltale is helping create an arg for the series?
Should I assume that E-corp is a fake corporation and this is just some creative marketing towards their upcoming new title?
Something feels off about this. It's almost like Skynet stuff. Plus I doubt businessmen have balls to name their new company as "Evil Corp."
I'd die happy if they made a game based on Mr. Robot, honestly.

I can't but help but feeling fishy as I watch it.
Can anyone tell me about Mr. Robot?

Some sort of collaboration project maybe?

Well, it's one of the highest rated shows on TV, and has a pretty massive fanbase, but I get what you mean by making a full game so soon.
Still, though, I'm interested in seeing what they're doing here.
Mr. Robot pinball app?

I just hope they won't be teasing us for days like with PAMA. Do You think we're going to get any real news today?
I'm thinking that the teasers we got today are it, and that we might get a more beefy teaser and/or some actual info later towards the end of this week.
If this really is Mr.Robot, I'm going to cry then pass out.
Mr. Robot revolves around a man named Elliot Alderson who has mental issues and drug abuse. He works for cybersecurity firm who is associated with E Corp. He discovers a hacking group named F society and eventually joins them and meets the leader, Mr. Robot.
Im just over here remembering how I thought Telltale was going to make a Mr Robot game, and me not being so sure how to feel.
And now here we are!
Mr.Robot Pinball is going to be LIT guys.
Whoa everyone pump the breaks. We're all just really excited about this new app and how it's going to help us stay connected in one unified place. : )
It's too late! I can't stop!
As @Poogers555 said in the last thread about a teaser...
That makes me sad. Booo.
Get oooout. They're going to do something on Mr. Robot? XD

Back when Wolf was (re)announced, people complained that they should have worked on Season 2 instead as that is what people wanted more.
Likewise, when Borderlands was announced, people said that they should have worked on more Wolf/Dead instead. It's OK for Telltale to try new things.
If you look at the account info, you'll see they link to the website for the show Mr. Robot. So, I'm guessing it's a promotional account that Twitter verified.
Or the show's popular enough to promote something using another account and asking twitter to verify it.
I had no idea what Mr.Robot was until I looked it up just now and the first thing that came mind was,
"Oh crap, that's the guy from Until Dawn."
I'm really excited for a possible Mr. Robot from Telltale, but I'm not too sure if it's part of their usual teasing. (I mean, like you guys said, the Oxenfree guys retweeted it too, so that can't be right.)
That would be terrible lol
Night School just tweeted this, and Telltale retweeted it:
The mystery deepens!
A collaboration project between Night school, Telltale, and Mr Robot? Hmmmm interesting
What's a night school?
They made the game Oxenfree.

Oh my god. I would die of happiness if there was a Telltale oxenfree game.
