No it's a mobile game where you are in contact with someone and you talk to them in and make choices in real time. For example, the character says that they're gonna need to take an hour to reach their destination, you're actually gonna have to wait an hour before you'll get another response.
People seem to be so mad about this. I will admit, the way Telltale was involved was kinda misleading but to anybody doubting it, It's made by the same people who made Oxenfree, which is amazing. It's cheaper than a normal episode of a Telltale Game and it plays out in real time. Just because it's not a fully fledged Telltale Game doesn't mean it's not worth Telltale supporting it.
I decided to buy the game even though i haven't watched Mr Robot before and i'm enjoying it so far, i like they way it plays in real time as it adds a bit more realism to the game. There will likely be references that i don't get so i am going to have to watch some Mr Robot episodes so i can understand it more.
I think it might be possible for a mini series or a one off episode. To be honest I'll be happy as long as they give the series some sort of celebration.
What's the longest everyone's had to wait for a message?
I've just entered 10 hours with zero interaction from anyone (my last sent messa… morege was to Lois and last received message was from Darlene).
I was enjoying the game, but it's beginning to feel like a ghosting simulator...
Oh. You don't get a reply from Lois after a certain point, you should be able to send a message to the HR number she gave you.
Took me a while to figure that out.
EDIT: Actually, that might change based on what you say.
I actually hadn't received anything from Lois at all, but Night School just confirmed on Twitter that it's a bug that they're fixing.
I'm… more actually glad that's the case, I thought it was a really odd design choice!
Thanks for your suggestion, though.

Damn dude, the salt some of you have though. Stop shitting on Telltale because you guys overhyped yourselves.
I think I read that the game is meant to be played across a week, for those wondering how long it should take to complete.
I'm surprised its not on the amazon appstore yet, considering how popular Telltale is there. I was hoping I could use my amazon coins to buy it.
I think some of it could have been alleviated if they teased the game via the Publishing account and then retweeted it from Telltale's main account.
Yeah I guess. But they probably did it because it'll get more reach.
But the whole point of this is that you find Darlene's phone. So it's obviously gonna play out on a phone. What FPS game mentions VR.
It calls you by your name too... It's broken the 4th wall a couple of times too.
Consider me spooked.

Given Sam and Max is my favourite Telltale game series, I will probably cry genuine tears of happiness if it turns out it's related to that.
(Also just noticed, but I think i've seen you on Tumblr before)
Edit:/ I'm a fucking idiot. It's obviously Mr Robot xD ignore me.

I had Darlene tell me that "E" would be contacting me in the next hour... 6 hours later I got a message from him.
Bought Game of Thrones game via Steam before I really saw much of the TV series and understood it quite well (the first episode.)
