Honestly, although Resident Evil 6 was a turd of a game, at least it was ridiculously funny entertainment in a so-bad-it's-good kind of way.
I feel like more and more, well fermented franchises have been in a way devolving into humorless dark "gritty" affairs and I don't really find them as interesting. Maybe their trying to recreate a similar vibe to the yesteryear of the franchise, but I thought that's what their remakes were for.
On another note, fucking CRASH BANDICOOT is making his return and that is something to be hyped about.
ugh... what have they done to my Resident Evil!? I stand by that this is NOT a Resident Evil game. It looks like Amnesia, and every other horror game that I don't like.

Resident Evil is mostly about BOWs. Biological weapons or something like that. What usually happens is that the Umbrella Corperation attemps to weaponise a virus.

From what I've heard, all these gameplay scenes, now and in the demo, are in relation to interstitial gameplay within the core game. I'm reserving my opinion until the actual story and majority gameplay is revealed.
