No download links and no serial numbers

On the "past purchases page" it says "Hey! Look at all this stuff you bought! Here are all the orders you've placed with us, with download links for your games right up top." I don't have any download links or unlock codes on my "past purchases" page and cannot find a way to access any of the games I have purchased. The confirmation emails have left the serial numbers blank. 2 order numbers are listed below that I need help with. Thank you, Kristine
