- They want you to connect with a Telltale character since you are playing; they wanted to humanize Michonne to make her relatable to the player; they settled on a story about her guilt and regret
- Empathy with a playable character is important for a Telltale series so you can relate to the character; they define their games as role playing games.
Season 3 AKA A New Frontier
- Coming this fall
- It's both a continuation of Seasons 1/2 and a new beginning
- They have a save file configuration system for Season 3 for players playing across different platforms
- Newer players can learn about Clementine through Javier
- Javier and Clem are more like peers
- Javier is a flawed character - charming and charismatic, but he has made bad decisions

- Crowd Play was inspired by Tales from the Borderlands Ep 1/4 Crowd Plays
- BATMAN has many incarnations and lots of iconic stories; Telltale did not want to adapt a story, but rather wanted to create their own
- Episode 1 starts in a predictable direction, but things divert from "expected canon" towards the end of Ep 1
- That trend continues into Episode 2 and other episodes afterwards
- The focus is heavily on Bruce Wayne as opposed to Batman
- Bruce's billionaire status is also "a mask"
- You get to choose "your Batman"
- Bruce and Batman are same person, but the two playstyles are still different;
- Your choices as one persona can influence the other persona as well
- The media will discuss what Batman/Bruce do through the news
- Hints of more emotional moments as "Bruce in the Batsuit"
- You will get to choose your relationships; hints at possible romance for those who want to go after it

It'll be open for a couple days. As I said in the Minecraft thread, you can discuss any news updates about Minecraft here, or just general information Telltale shares. They might also discuss other games like Marvel or Super Show.

I think we're looking at a 20th release for episode 8 and it will be announced here, but the 13th isn't completely off the table.
Well I can't because it will be 3 am here
Batman episode 2 is release on 20th so 13th or 27th is most likely
But we still have the possibility of a double release, technically speaking Summer ends after the 21st (Or somewhere around that) and they're doing a crowd play at Minecon which is near the 20th.
It hasn't been over two months, it has been 5 weeks. There has been far longer waits for Telltale episodes than this in the past so it won't be that hard to wait a bit longer

The crowd play might be on 13th because why telltale keep crowd play when a game is releasing on that day tough.
They announced the crowd play for Minecon, not the 13th.
Now for 13?
I can see there being a few references to how Episode 8 of Minecraft is coming, but I do not imagine that will be as heavy of a focus. Walking Dead S3 and Batman will most likely be the main focus.
By the description of the panel, however, they might also reveal a new project, which could either be related to Marvel/Super Show or yet another new Telltale series being revealed. It will be interesting to keep tabs on, for sure.
Crowd Plays can also come after an episode release. It is very possible the Episode could be out by the time they do their crowd play for the 8th Episode.
The Stream will be archived and/or recorded by other users - most likely @OzzyUK, so don't worry.
The Panel starts in basically a half hour. I hope they drop some hints as to what to expect out of Super Show or Marvel, since we have not heard much of either of those games!
