Tales of monkey island preorder stuff: nothing was sent..

Hi all guys and sorry for my bad english.
I preordered Tales Of Mi and on the site you promised me the dvd plus preorder stuff like a print..
But now that all episodes are out i didn't received anything.. What do i have to do? Thanks

    You will recieve a e-mail when the DVD is ready, then you can order it. They take a while because they are doing the extra-stuff and other games in the middle.

    The preorder stuff is an special cover only for the people who pre-order it, at least I'm concerned.

    There isn't a regular print that was an exclusive, it's more like a slipcover or sleeve with exclusive artwork on it. As far as getting it, it's not even finished yet in its physical form. You will receive an e-mail when the disc is ready for pre-order and you can then pay the shipping and have it sent to you.

    Another question:
    I have to change my email adress because my old one is gone but the site doesn't work..
    When i try to change the email, i write in the box my new email two times but when i press "Change My Email" nothing happens..

    Did you check your mail? You're supposed to get a confirmation mail (IIRC, it's been a while since I changed my mail-adress).

    I changed my e-mail address a few months ago (after realizing that my other e-mail address never received the personal replies from Telltale support) with no problem.
    If all else fails, you can always write to support@telltalegames.com and explain what the problem is.
    I'm sure they'll be happy to help you!
