Awesome screenshots. Blockbuster is a real interesting choice, from what I gathered he's kind of a Hulk knock off but I am eager to see Telltales version, hopefully he's more than that.
Judging by the description of the episode, it looks like there'll be a choice whether to approach as Batman or Bruce, which was mentioned several times in the interviews.

I want it to be the Court of Owls.
It's probably not, but ever since the first trailer last December... The guy speech that guy gave might as well have been ripped right off the Night Of The Owls.
The only added stuff is the implied ownership of Gotham and how much better he liked it before Batman showed up... Which is even MORE Owl-y.
Now this one might be a stretch but the Zellerbachs made like 1 or 2 references to being birds and needing to flock together.
Fuck, dude... This Batman is WAY too weak to take on the Court of Owls, but by God I want to see it.

I actually really like the direction they're taking with the Penguin in this.
And his overall design is really neat. Both his regular appearance, and now his eponymous Penguin appearance.

Its been confirmed that in episode 2 we get to choose between a scene to either tackle it as Batman or Bruce!
