chances are high for the 2nd option as it happened to Minecraft story mode a few days ago as well. None of the Telltale contents are working properly atm and nobody takes care of it. Our threads mentioning problems are constantly moved and we are directed to the good-for-nothing support team, nobody says anything then finally somebody solves the problem - that's all what we, the consumers deserve for our money instead of bein' informed correctly.
9am in United States, waiting for it to update on Xbox One so I don't have to pay for it twice. I wonder what will happen first, the game ac… moretually getting updated so we can play episode 2 on its actual release date or this discussion being moved like all the others because we are talking about a Telltale problem on a Telltale website! Lol
Meanwhile, Rocksteady is laughing up a storm right now about the fact that all of their Batman content was always released on time as promised. Telltale should take notice for when this happens again next month with episode 3!

They didn't fix anything on PC
I still have a broken full screen besides running on my desktops highest resolution which gives me a frame rate of 15. GREAT!
If you're having the full resolution white screen thing, I had that same issue with the Michonne miniseries.
I got it to work by going to the game's executable (in your case, Batman_win7/8.exe), properties > Compatibility, and running it in both compatibility mode, and as an administrator.
That fixed it for me, although you might need to minimize the game and open it again for the resolution to work right. I dunno if you tried or not, but maybe it'll work.

Just a heads up for Xbox One season pass disc owners who are being asked to purchase episode 2, Telltale are aware of this issue and are working on a fix so keep an eye on the support centre article in the link below for updates.
We are aware of an issue where Episode 2 is not showing as available for free for Season Pass Disc owners. We are currently investigating the root cause of this, and we hope to have more information soon. When we do, we will update this article.
We thank you for your patience as we look into this issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
That did nothing for me. I guess any resolution, but my desktop resolution breaks the fucking game.
I can't believe it took me two months to realize that all I had to do was set my desktop resolution to whatever resolution I wanted in game. I shouldn't be having to do this kind of tedious shit, but it worked...I only wish I hadn't already played the episode in a tiny window. Still loved it, but I think I could've loved it more. Well fuck.

Secondly, out of curiosity, what is your native resolution? I'm going to wager that if it's over 1920 x 1080, that probably had something to do with it not working correctly. Seems like that's the highest Telltale really supports at the moment.

Firstly, good to hear you found a work-around

Ok, so I have this game's season pass. And i've been told 3 different times throughout today that it'll be released. It's now 9PM BST in the UK; one hour after the recent release rumour and still nothing. Not impressed...
Yep. This is really disappointing, because I have to go to sleep now and I won't be able to play it tomorrow, because I have to work a long shift. Was really looking forward to playing it today.
Don't think I am buying TT games on GoG again if this happens with the next episode too.
I love having to wait for updates regarding why I can't play a game that I've already paid for. That, and the fact that I sold my copy of Fallout 4 for a game which thus-far won't work. It's the best!
At this rate, probably before Xbox One. It still hasn't been put up for free with the season pass disc for Xbox One, so who knows. Jokingly, I would say early 2019, but realistically, we just have to keep our fingers crossed for any day now. If we ask any questions in these forums, our discussion gets shut down and moved to the "support" section which never responds. So honestly, your guess is as good as mine, but hopefully one of these days it will get released. I know that is a crappy answer and not the one you were looking for, but unfortunately, it is the real truth.
On the Telltale support page the GOG version is still listed as "Coming Soon", hopefully it won't be too much longer so keep an eye on that support page for updates.
Telltale, I love ya, but you really need to get your act together. Don't get me wrong, I'm pumped as heck, but I would like to play the second episode on the promised release date, and without having to basically pay for it twice.
Hello there!
So I purchased the game on PS4, and I thought I was going for the whole season in one purchase but now it shows only episode one as playable. Could there be a mistake or the game itself was so overpriced?
Thanks,

So in a recent Telltale email... It said episode 2 was out on the 360 and PS3.
I can't really find it on the marketplace, however.
I ki… morenda assumed this would happen... They just sorta released episode 1 without saying anything... And now the same for episode 2.

Is this confirmed? If so then HYPE!!

hmmm... are You sure ep.3 will arrive in time next month after all of these issues?:)
5 more minutes until Steam release!
Good point. Maybe early 2019!
It's out on Steam!
Out on steam. If you don't see it reset your steam.

Honestly, that's what I was expecting. I mean I love Telltale's games, but their support generally suck.

Still lagging, frame drops also there.
Very sloppy. (My bad for thinking they would actually care)

[Xbox One] I have the Season Pass Disc but Episode 2 is showing for purchase

So when is the episode 3 waiting thread going to be up? Or is it all ready here just buried somewhere because I have been ready to move on for awhile.
Yep, its 1920 X 1080.

Does anyone know when it is coming out on GOG? It's 22:20 where I live and I have been waiting since like 15:30
Not out on PS4 yet? (North America)
Same here mate. Haven't heard anything. I've been told like 3 times now and it's still not out. Did you get the season pass?
Yep. This is really disappointing, because I have to go to sleep now and I won't be able to play it tomorrow, because I have to work a long shift. Was really looking forward to playing it today.

Thread: When is episode 2 coming to GoG?
Seriously, I have been waiting for a day

When will Episode 2 of Batman: The Telltale Series be released?

Why did they change the Pricing? Episode 2 Costs 6,49€ in stead of the usual 4,99€. The fuck is this shit? It's even shorter than Episode 1...
Recently, Telltale makes it extremely hard to like them...
i have xbox one version as physical disc with season pass i can not download free the episode 2

I would recommend contacting Telltale support for assistance.
Batman Episode 2 (PC) is now out on GOG
Android users are in the Episode 1 waiting thread.
Current Gen/PC users are in the Episode 3 waiting thread.
And I'm... Stuck in the middle with you.
Yep and IOS
I purchased the Season Pass disc for PS4 and I'm still unable to access Episode 2. I take it no one else with the physical disc has received it yet?
What is gog
it's a website where you can purchase DRM free versions of games.
