Some buttons are pressed without me physically pressing them. The game shows them as pressed. Damn.
BlockBuster can kill you in the skyline club, so theres that I guess.
I was killed by him quite a few times. The reaction time is very quick on that one.
I thought it was easy, tho that guy was scary and I was hoping for a longer and tougher fight. Also, did Batman killed Blockbuster at the end or just knocked him uncouncious?
You could also get stabbed in the jugular and die during the bar fight .
The only problem I had with them is it seemed they were slowed down compared to episode 1. I want more fights like the catwoman fight in episode 1, it had a quicker pace to it.
Just knocked him out. I think it'd take more than shoving a stun grenade into Blockbuster's mouth to actually kill him.
He'll probably show back up again. With how huge the guy is, I doubt the cops would be able to keep him in custody for too long.
I was very disapointed with the lack of detective work...and the fact the most QTE didn't even needed me to do anything...
i literally pressed the WRONG buttons during the qte and most times he still attacked the enemies for me.
Lol it is like they just half assed it thinking "nobody is going to miss these buttons so lets just not have repercussions for most"
Qte should've only been uses for when you throw things and use an item. The fighting should've been purely cinematic. The button prompts get in the way and they're pretty useless anyways imo. You have to fail a lot during most sequences to have any serious repercussions. Although there are a few sequences where if you don't press a certain button you fail the first time.
I hope we will get to see more of him
They somewhat improved it over episode 1. For example, the entire beginning fight in episode 1 can play out without you hitting a single button.
Even the bar scene eventually fails you after the guys take out knives. And it also lets Bruce get hurt at least once (the guy with the bottle can smack Bruce with it)
Blockbuster can kill you both times you fight him. And he really likes crushing Batman's head (he kills you the same way in each fight). And when he punches you out the side of the building, you can fall to your death, as well.
Penguin can kill you on two separate occasions at the end. Both of which have him laughing with glee as he shoots Batman in the face.
It's definitely less lenient than episode 1.
There is a point where you can die in ep1 beginning fight. If you fail the super move qte or fail to get the meter up.
So help me God...if TWD gets this lame qte hack job, I will riot.
People will just always bitch about something.
Judging by how QTE works in Telltale's Batman, I'm having an idea that the reason why QTE succeeds regardless of your input is to demonstrate how powerful Batman is, and even when he's not at full strength the average thug is still no match for him.
...That being said I have yet to watch any Telltale Batman footage, so my line of thinking might be flawed.
