What's your favorite Spider-Man movie, game and TV series?

My favorite movie is easily Spider-Man 2. It had my favorite version of Doc Ock, and that part on the train was really touching.

My favorite game is the Spider-Man 2 movie game on PS2. It actually made me feel like Spider-Man, and the gameplay was realistic. Even though Ultimate Spider-Man, Shattered Dimensions and Web of Shadows are also great games, SM2 on PS2 takes the cake.

And my favorite tv series is Spectacular Spider-Man from 2008-2009. It did a good job with the rogues gallery in only 2 seasons. It really sucks that it only got 2 seasons and it was replaced with that shitty Ultimate Spider-Man series with Drake Bell.

  • Favorite Movie: Spiderman 1 (2002) I loved this one because it felt more comicish and Peter Parker looked nerdy instead of a douchebag

Video game: Spider Man 2 Hands down.

TV Series: Spiderman animated series. I grew up with this one with I was little.

  • Spider-Man 1 and 2...both so good.

  • Favorite Movie: Spider-Man 2

    Favorite Video Game: Ultimate Spider-Man

    Favorite TV series: Spectacular Spider-Man

  • Movie: Spider-Man 2 (Doc Ock is my favourite Spidey villain and it also tackles the 'Spider-Man No More!' story from #50 of ASM very well.)

Video Game: Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions (I enjoy the variation the four different versions of Spidey have in this game.)

TV Series: TAS Spidey (I am a child of the 90's. Haven't seen Spectacular or Ultimate yet.)

  • Haven't seen Spectacular or Ultimate yet.

Here's a suggestion: watch Spectacular if you have time, but whatever you do, do NOT watch Ultimate. It's horrendously childish and Spider-Man NEVER stops breaking the 4th wall.

Now that's the definition of the show. The jokes stink and Spider-man is treated like an idiot compared to the comics and other heroes that are introduced in the show.

  • Yeah, it's a real disappointment.

I miss Spectacular so much. :'(

  • Yea it broke my heart. Spectacular I liked but I want a show that treats Spiderman the right way: Smart and Strong. I blame Disney for letting us down.

Yeah, it's a real disappointment. I miss Spectacular so much.

  • It woulda been cool to see villains like Scorpion, Hobgoblin, Carnage, Hydro-Man, etc. in future seasons of Spectacular.

Just cancel Ultimate already, Disney! No one'll miss it!

  • Movie: Spider-man 1, 2 and 3. Tobey Maguire has always been my favorite actor to portray Spider-man.

Game: Spider-man 3 on the PS2. The first Spider-man game I've owned. Though, depending on how the upcoming game turns out, it might become my new favorite.

    TV Series: The Spectacular Spider-man.

Favorite Movie is definitely Captain America: Civil War.

Haha, just kidding. It's Spider-Man 2. The costume is amazing, the music is amazing, the fight scenes are awesome, the story is great, the villains have valid motivations and Tobey Maguire ALMOST pulled off the personality and meaning of Spidey's character. Closer than 1 and 3 got. Definitely my favorite. Second favorite would be the first Amazing Spider-Man movie.

    Game... hmm that's a tough one. I love a lot of the Spidey games I play. It'll have to be a tie. Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man (PS1), Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe and Spider-Man 3 (PS2).

And the TV Series would be another tie. Spectacular Spider-Man and Spider-Man: The New Animated Series.

  • To be fair, Ultimate does have some amazing animation, great voice acting and gives a lot of love and attention to some of the awesome lesser known Marvel heroes.

    FUCK DESNIY

  • That's what the series got right. But everything else, they got wrong.

It's also the reason 2 of my favorite cartoons ever got cancelled.
