To be honest it's impossible to divide europe into different sections. Different sources lump countries into different sections, there's no real accurate answer.
If you can not get interested in people yourself why should you get it in return? Why should someone spend time getting to know you if you were just gunna get 'tired' of them. I dont think thats fair.
If you're getting tired of people perhaps they're just not right for you. And don't doubt people. If someones speaking to you they're clearing invested enough in you to even bother starting one.
I find myself talking to people that have the same interests. Such as tv shows, books, movies etc. That way you have plenty of topics. Hell, I can't remember having any normal convo's with my mates, we just talk shit and have a laugh about nonsence.
