I really hope Telltale sticks with the "blood money" angle
I love the idea that Bruce Wayne's fortune has secretly been rotten all along. It's something I haven't seen before in any other iteration of Batman. If Telltale backs out of this concept in the final episode, it'll be a major disappointment.

I'll be honest: I had my doubts about a Telltale version of Batman's adventures. Hell, I've always been reticent about Batman video games in the past. Batman/Bruce Wayne is the one hero I've never been able to identify with, and I think a lot of other people feel the same, partly because he's a "one percenter." But I suspect Telltale knew this. That's why throwing Bruce's wealth into question - the very thing that made being Batman affordable - was genius.
Episode 4's title card looks like Bruce may get arrested (Although I dont really understand how Bruce can be arrested for money his parents made illegally)
Honestly, if Bruce does get arrested, or Wayne Manor gets raided by Penguin or even fully by the police, someone may find the Batcave.
I would assume the police would think he was active criminal links. It's also possible they are just seizing assets of his, and he tries to stop them, gets arrested for obstruction of justice or something involving stopping cops from getting stuff.
I guess, what Im trying to say it, I dont think Bruce could get arrested just because the money he inherited was blood money, especially when he was not a part or had any knowledge of what was happening to get that money. Pretty sure the cops cant come in and good "Your mom and dad were bad people! You're under arrest!"
But yeah, I can see them taking away assets, money, ect.
You can arrest suspects can't you? Like "You're under arrest for suspicion of bla bla bla"
Not without some sort of evidence.
Theres no proof that Bruce is involved with crime, so Bruce cant be arrested for organized Crime, unless he gets framed. They cant arrest him for things his parents did.
Yeah, but with the Episode 3 title card, Penguin looks like he'll have some mischief with Wayne Enterprises. So, I really hope some framing doesn't occur. But, they blew our minds with the previous episode endings (EP1's "Wayne Family corrupt?!", and EP2's Hill/Wayne/Falcone trifecta sending innocents to Arkham, drugging them so they'll go mad.) So, ruining Wayne's family legacy might keep happening in new and interesting ways.
A lot can happen between Episode 3 and 4. But in Episode 2, Bruce can receive the key to the City by Hill, which itself might implement that Bruce has dealings with the corrupted Mayor.
